Aktie geht derzeit stark runter. was meint ihr ?  

Summary

Aurora Cannabis is currently trading at valuations approximately 200-550% greater than its peers, and current valuations are pricing in unrealistic future profitability levels and realized market share position.

...schon steigende Renditen und damit natürlich auch ein Anzug des Wertes. Der Markt als solches ist im kommen und wird, meines Erachtens auch auf einige Zeit nicht stagnieren.

gibts offizielle Bekanntmachungen der Branche u.a. auch von Aurora. Dort sind die Wachstumsvorhersagen der Company für 2017 zu lesen (Datum 28.2.), sowie mit heutigem Datum der Relaunch der Patienten-App für den Direktverkauf.

Die Aktie hat ihr Allzeithoch vom 18. November 2,27 € noch nicht wieder erreicht. Allerdings steigt sie seit der November-Korrektur wieder recht kontinuierlich. Sollte die Legalisierung in Kanada Gesetz werden, könnte es mMn wirklich "abgehen". Man darf gespannt sein...

Dieser Artikel öffnet einem auf unangenehme Weise die Augen - Aurora ist leider eine Luftnummer. Ich zitiere die zentralen Aussagen:

Management team has no industry experience, and a history riddled with blunders: Poor governance all around, hiring a "rent-a-CFO", and associations with a known stock promoter.

Was ich vor allem überzeugend finde, schnell aus dem Wert auszusteigen, ist die extrem niedrige Gewinnspanne. Offensichtlich produzieren die nämlich gar nicht! Der sehr lesenswerte Artikel gibt genauen Aufschluß.
Allein die Tatsache, daß Aurora den Artikel nicht nur nicht verbieten ließ, sondern auch noch nicht einmal eine Gegendarstellung verlangte, sollte einem deutlichst zu denken geben! Meine Fingerspitzen waren danach schneller am "Verkaufen"-Button, als ich das Fenster mit dem Artikel geschlossen hatte. Auftrag wurde heute ausgeführt. Verlustfrei - Glück gehabt!

Gestern hatte es eine Aussetzung des Handels aufgrund der Unternehmensmitteilung bezüglich des Erwerbs von 19,9% der Anteile an HEMPCO FOOD AND FIBER INC, (WKN: A2ASEY
ISIN: CA42370Q1063). Gleichzeitig gab es bei HEMPco ebenfalls den sogenannten TradingHalt.
Auroa hat die Möglichkeit seine Beteiligung auf bis zu 50,1% (Unternehmensmehrheit) auszuweiten.

Mehr ist dazu nicht zu sagen. Der Trading Halt ist ein IMO ganz normales Vorgehen um allfälligen Spekulationen oder Kursübertreibungen entgegenzuwirken. Es darf davon augegegangen werden, dass ACB und HEMP heute wieder gehandelt werden.

Die Beteiligung erfolgt in 3 Stages , also drei Schritten. Unter anderem werden von bestehenden Mehrheitsaktionären von HEMP bis zu 10.754.942 Aktien von Hempco wie folgt übernommen:
      5.377.471 Aktien zu einem Preis von 30 Cent pro Aktie;
      5.377.471 Aktien, die zum volumengewichteten Durchschnittspreis für die fünf Börsentage vor dem Erwerb der zweiten Tranche bewertet werden, vorbehaltlich eines Mindestpreises von 45 Cent pro Aktie und höchstens 65 Cent pro Aktie;
daher kann ggf. davon ausgegangen werden, dass sich der aktuelle Kurs der HEMP-Aktien von derzeit C$0,50 möglicherweise Richtung der C$0,65 angleichen könnte.
Hempco wird aktuell nur auf dem Frankfurter Börsenplatz in D gehandelt. Für ACB war es vermutlich eine weitere Unternehmensbeteiligung, die sich im Hinblick auf die in Kanada 2018 stattfindende Regulierung/Legalisierung von Cannabis , schlüssig ins Unternehmenskonzept eingliedert.
