FuelCell Used at Greenhouse Project as CO2 Boosts Plants

FuelCell Energy Inc. (FCEL), the biggest publicly traded U.S. fuel-cell manufacturer, is providing a power plant for a C$7.5 million ($6.7 million) project to convert landfill gas into electricity and carbon dioxide that nourishes plants at a greenhouse facility in British Columbia.

Village Farms International Inc. combined the fuel cell with a system from Quadrogen Power Systems Inc. that collects and separates landfill gas, the Vancouver-based grower said today in a statement. One stream of gas powers the fuel cell, while “food-grade” carbon dioxide is used to feed plants.

Fuel cells convert natural gas into electricity, heat and hydrogen through a chemical reaction. Danbury, Connecticut-based FuelCell is seeking additional uses for its power plants to make them more cost competitive with electricity produced from burning fossil fuels.

Carbon dioxide accounts for about 25 percent of plants’ yields, and increasing the supply will spur growth and boost production of oxygen through photosynthesis, Village Farms said in the statement.

das Fuelcell steigt wenn Plug auch hoch geht ?
Bis auf ein paar ausnahmetage war es doch bisher so oder täusche ich nich ?
Das Ballard dran hängt war mir klar, aber Fuel auch ??  

haft arri, news mal gr. news von fcel dann sollte es auch anders laufen.

weiß jemand was Konkretes? Schaut euch die drei an …  

Ist wohl wieder bei Plug was im Busch bezüglich neuem Auftrag.

da werden wir die nächsten Tage noch schöne Kurse nach oben sehen. So langsam kommen auch die letzten noch dahinter.  

FCEL Heute auf 2.91 $, ein + von 19.75 %

Immer das gleiche Spiel wie vorhergesagt, ist ein Titel schnell in den Himmel
geschossen wie FCEL & Plug Power, dann kommen die Shorter mit gut durchschaubarem Bashing, um wieder Unten günstiger einzusteigen.

Dann geht's wieder rakenartig 50-80 % nach Oben, dass man dann im Zug bereits Platz genommen haben muss, oder man geht dann zwangsläufig halt leer aus.


Ich hoffe, ihr habt euch nicht "rausschütteln" lassen, sondern

tief Unten bei ca. 2.50 $ auch nochmals zugekauft;

Heute 2.91 $, ein + von 19.75 %, da tanzt der Luigi (einer pro 10 smiley wieder einmal sehr gerne natürlich für ALLE Investierten hier ein Freundentänzchen;
