das "vacant land" wurde glaube ich 2010 erschlossen  

News gefunden hatte die ja nun leider nicht mehr verlinkt ist.

(Vielleicht hatten sie das damals so gemeint weil sie "contractet growers" hatten, aber wenn dann war das ganz schön komisch ausgedrückt)

Jedoch hat das nichts mit den Landnutzungsrechten zu tun die Sunwin von 2004-2054 kostenlos von der Shandong Group gepachtet haben. (2004 Bilanzwert 2,5 Mil.$ Abschreibungsdauer 50 Jahre bis zum Ende der Pachtzeit 0$)

Dort steht mit Stand April 2014 laut offiziellem Bericht eben nur die Produktionsstätte auf 33.000 Quadratmeter große Produktionsstätte und eine 18.000 Quadratmeter große Lagerhalle.

Die unbebaute Fläche von ca. 400 Meter x 400 Meter wird scheinbar im Moment (zumindest laut Filing) nicht genutzt.

RAW MATERIALS

The Shandong Province is a primary harvesting base of stevia leaves as well as the main region for the production of stevioside in China. Prior to fiscal 2007 we routinely entered into harvesting contracts with local farmers to insure sufficient supply of raw materials. In 2006, approximately 30% of our supply of stevia came from harvesting contracts with several large plantations in China covering approximately 277 acres used to grow stevioside rebaudiana. Prior to fiscal 2007 we generally paid the farmers 30% of the contract price at the time the seed is planted, generally in March of each year, and the remaining 70% upon delivery of the leaves.

In fiscal 2007, we observed that the stevia rebaudiana harvest in China was expanding. This expansion has stabilized the market supply of stevia and we are no longer required to prepay farmers to harvest stevia to ensure a steady supply. Rather in fiscal 2007, we purchased all raw materials directly from the market and paid for the leaves at the time of purchase. Currently the price of stevia leaves is approximately $1,812 per ton, and the price of stevioside ranges from approximately $21,000 to $29,000 per ton. In the past, in an effort to monitor the quality of the stevia, our company set up a fine breed base so that we could monitor the quality of stevia raw material. Under the new policy we maintain control by testing the stevia leaves at the time of purchase. Our internal policy is to only purchase stevia leaves with a stevioside content of greater than12%. We believe that there is ample supply of leaves with a stevioside content in excess of 12% available in the market.

..bleibt u.a. die Spezialität, "kostenlos gepachtet und in der Bilanz mit 2,5 Mio abgeschrieben" bemerkenswert,

dazu "passend", möchte ich nochmals eine Info beisteuern, die hier das letzte Mal sofort gelöscht wurde, weil die Quelle (angeblich) fehlte.

apropos Haigen, (die "überlegene Konkurrenz  im eigenen Hause),....die ja mittlerwile auch Qualipride gegründet haben, .....da gibts auch eine aktuelle News vom August 2014, die nicht uninteressant ist: ....siehe Link :-)

Weiterhin trotzdem viel Glück, wer weiß, vllt. gehts nach dem nächsten QB ja mal endlich richtig nach oben hier. :-)

 

denn der 50-jahrige Pachtvertrag hat nunmal einen Wert...
4,9 Hektar Betriebsgelände für 2,5 Mil. $ auf 50 Jahre sind ca. 50.000 $ pro Jahr  

hast etwa falsch verstanden ... warum pachten sie ? wenn sie sowieso alle Rohstoffe ankaufen ?
Besitzer von der angepachtete Felder heißt auch Zhang ? oder Onkel ? Neffe ? ..
mich würde es nicht wundern ...  

4.9 acres = 4,9 Hektar

dir ist aber auch nichts heilig...

Firmengelände ist ca. 22.000m² (5,4363acre) groß.
 

Jetzt nur noch auf News warten , und dann ernten, und noch mal ernten .

ich behaupte es sind 15.135,243m²  

Außerdem:

33,000 square foot manufacturing facility

= 3.065,8003m²


Und ich habe nicht behauptet, dass die 4,9 Acre Feld sind, das warst ganz alleine du selbst.

Weil du sunwins stevia noch nie probiert hast. Und wirst auch nie können... Kannst auch nicht sowas behaupten .
