Amazing how the articles change over time, here is one from back in August that sets the share price at .55 with the wanxiang deal:

Not really a issue, Johnson Controls was just jumping on the battery technology and really did not seem too interested in the day to day operations.
I think the Chinese goverment will keep this stock trading on the American Exchanges to keep positive money flow.
