A123 - Das Ende oder ein neuer Anfang ?

 

Bei weiteren positiven Nachrichten gibt es morgen ein GAP up für Männer, 0,05$?

unter 0,02 USD eingestiegen und hoffe, dass das kein Fehler war...

Allerdings kaufe ich nur an der OTC, die Kurse in D sind ein Witz...

Hat jemand brauchbare News parat?

 

eingestellt. A123 wird dort mit 21.12.12 vergliechen.
Kann sein, dass man heute Abend sagen wird: "...0,005€ war eigentlich noch OK"  

Das glaubst Du doch selbst nicht, oder?

Wenn es heute in den Staaten nochmals richtig runter gehen würde, würde ich auf jeden Fall noch mal ordentlich zukaufen. Bleibt auf jeden Fall spannend...  

aber vor nicht mal 8 Tage, wollte keiner in Frankfurt zu 0,50€ abgeben
und abends dann, wollte keiner zu 0,20€ nehmen... (obwohl Ami's es schon vorher eingedeutet).
Nachkaufen-bedeutet manchmal (nicht immer) noch mehr Geld verlieren.
Und um AONE wird ganze Situation noch weiter unübersichtlicher.
Keiner kann es sagen, wie es weiter gehen kann.
Oder hat jemand etwas mehr Durchblick in dieser ganzer Situation?-wenn ja-kann derjeniger bitte hier eine kurze Zusammenfassung posten?  

ich sehe das Ganze eher als Zock, und denke die Aktie wird auf jeden Fall noch mal in Richtung 5 US-Cent oder höher laufen. Wenn man jetzt cool bleibt, könnte einiges drin sein...  

Johnson Controls appeals escrow ruling in A123 sale

Dec 18, 2012 (Milwaukee Journal Sentinel - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Johnson Controls Inc. filed an appeal Monday of last week's court decision approving Wanxiang's purchase of A123 Systems, the bankrupt hybrid battery supplier.

The company said it is entitled to receive a breakup fee that was previously approved by the bankruptcy court.

The appeal came as a committee of A123 creditors prepared to depose Johnson Controls concerning its activities in the bankruptcy case and sale of the Massachusetts supplier of advanced batteries for the automotive industry and military.

Last week, the bankruptcy court held Johnson Controls' breakup fee and expense reimbursement in escrow. Johnson Controls was the initial bidder for A123 during the bankruptcy proceedings, but Wanxiang outbid Johnson Controls and its partner NEC Corp. by about $5 million, with a bid of more than $256 million.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Kevin Carey approved the sale at a Dec. 11 hearing in Wilmington, Del., saying "the auction was robust, the price is adequate."

A lawyer for the creditors committee said last week that Johnson Controls was actively lobbying members of Congress in a bid to thwart Wanxiang's purchase. That prompted Carey to put the breakup fee in escrow, which Johnson Controls is now appealing.

Johnson Controls said it has an active government relations function "that involves regular interaction with policy makers and agencies on the full range of issues relevant to the company," adding that its government relations activities comply with government regulations and "are consistent with First Amendment Rights of free speech."

The sale of A123 to a Chinese firm could still be scrapped because it awaits approval by the U.S. Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. That panel is reviewing the deal because of the potential threat to national security that the loss of A123's technology could pose.

National security concerns tied to the core technology used by A123 -- whether in its automotive, power grid or military businesses -- "represent a risk to the sale which cannot be dismissed until resolved by the government review process," Johnson Controls said.

A123 and Wanxiang have expressed confidence the sale will be approved because it was structured so that Wanxiang would not receive any of A123's military contracts.

"Should the sale of A123 Systems to Wanxiang not be completed for any reason, Johnson Controls remains open to considering future opportunities to acquire relevant portions of A123's assets, keeping this critically important technology in the United States, preserving jobs and furthering the purpose of the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act," said Alex Molinaroli, Johnson Controls power solutions president, in a statement.

Johnson Controls and A123 both received stimulus funding from the U.S. Energy Department targeted to helping the U.S. auto industry bring advanced battery technology to market faster.

Schöner Rebound im Gange. Intraday schon fast +40%  

Was spekuliert ihr denn wie es weitergeht?
 Bekommt Wanxiang Ende Januar das endgültige ok? Seid Ihr eher dafür oder dagegen?
Werden alte gegen neue Aktien getauscht bzw. alte Aktien für x Cent aufgekauft? 

 

Ich frage mich warum General Motors und erst recht VW, sich die Auktion von A123 entgehen lassen haben.
Es wurde doch in letzter Zeit zig Mal von Konkurrenzunternehmen bestätigt
dass diverse Autohersteller ab 2014 große Stückzahlen von Elektroautos bauen.

Wenn die Preise nicht so hoch (rund 40.000€)  wären, hätte ich mir auch längst eines gekauft.

Ist das nur für "Altaktionäre"? oder für alle Aktionäre? hab leider nicht nachgefragt da ich bis zum Schluß bleiben möchte.
Ich glaube ja immer noch das es nicht das Ende ist, wenn doch kann ich es verschmerzen,
aber wenn nicht ist eigentlich ein guter Run fällig.
Was haltet ihr davon???

Nach einem alten Zeitzählung, sind Weihnachten am 06.01.

Deine Pushversuche sind erbärmlich.

Die Aktion wurde bereits am Wochenende des 8/9 Dezember 2012 beendet.
Die Wanxiang Group hat die Auktion für  256,6 Millionen USD bekommen.

Um keine große Abfindung zahlen zu müssen, hat die A123 ein Geniestreich gemacht und mit dem Forbes-Magazin als Sprachrohr,
kurzerhand verlautbaren lassen, dass die Aktionen wertlos sind.

In Panik haben fast Aktionäre ihre Bestände am Wochenende Verkauf.
Am Montag hat sich jemand gefreut, weil er diese für lächerliche 1,5 Cent pro Stk eingesackt hat
und innerhalb der letzten Wochen mit bis zu 300% verköckern konnte. Innerhalb der letzten Wochen sind es immer noch stattliche 30% Gewinn gewesen.

Szenarien, dass der Kurs jetzt noch steigt gibt es nicht mehr viele (wenn dann aber mit mehreren hundert 100%).
- Es könnten aber bspw. Hedgefonds-Unternehmen in Einkaufslaune verfallen
- Die US-Regierung den Verkauf an Wanxiang kurzfristig verbieten
- A123 bekommt von einen der weltweiten Autobauer einen Großauftrag um doch noch die Schulden zu begleichen.
