A little repetition of some facts about this company!

Orders have stalled during the second half of 2003.

The principal holders of stock have sold out a substantial part of their holdings ( probably most of it) during the same period, and have done so at a share price of about 0,12 euro. If you doubt my information, check out with the Swedish Securities and Exchange Commission!

A fund, established in Luxemburg, will, according to a press release from Obducat, be granted to buy shares for less than 0,10 euro. The current share price is 0,36 euro.

I consider Obducat to be a typical case of a bubble on company level. In line with this it will sooner or later burst. Be careful out there!  

The company has failed miserably when trying to pursue other "business concepts". Some of these were: DIMAS, EtchTech, Xicon, und so weiter. All fanciful names that lured small investors to put their money at the company's disposal. Money that is now all gone. Now it is NIL that the name of the day. And the question remains: Why is it that only small investors put up money for the company to spend? As it has always been! Why doesn't the venture capital fund that are on lookout for promising nanotechnology companies invest in Obducat? And why doesn't one of the big technology companies buy Obducat if that same technique is as interesting as the company claims?

These are but a few of the questions you should ask yourselves before buying any shares in the company.

If you want to discuss it is okay to write in german. I read german better than I write it.

We owe it to german small investors to get a balanced perspective of the company and its chances to succeed and even survive. Therefore, I don't mind you pasting my writings onto other relevant forums.

denke dass OBDC wieder auf 40 geht. meine heimliche prognose
schau mal ab und zu nach schweden, was sich dort tut - momentan wieder auf 3,25 SK

OBDUCATS EXTRA BOLAGSSTÄMMA 2004-02-09 FLYTTAS TILL ANNAN LOKAL

Som följd av det redan nu stora antalet anmälda aktieägare till Obducats extra bolagsstämma, har bolaget beslutat att stämman flyttas till en annan lokal än vad som angivits i kallelsen.

Stämman kommer att äga rum i Hörsalen på Kockum Fritid, Västra Varvsgatan 8, Malmö. Tiden är oförändrat klockan 15.00.

Styrelsen vill samtidigt understryka, att stämman inte innehåller någon agendapunkt avseende uppdatering av affärsläget. I detta sammanhang hänvisas redan nu till Obducats kommande bokslutskommuniké, som offentliggörs 2004-02-20, samt – givet att stämman bifaller styrelsens emissionsförslag – ett kommande prospekt. Stämman kommer därför strikt att fokuseras på styrelsens framlagda förslag avseende emission av konvertibla förlagslån förenade med optionsrätter till nyteckning av aktier.

Efter den formella stämmans avslutning kommer styrelseledamoten Lars Montelius, professor vid Lunds Tekniska Högskola, att hålla en föreläsning om forsknings- & utvecklingstrender inom nanoimprintlitografiområdet.

A little curious thing to note here, though! Swedish small investors, if we are to believe what is written on swedish chats/boards, look to what happens in Germany (and believe that the german market is the one which determine the share price)and german small investors seem to look at what happens in Sweden!

By the way, there are a lot of interesting (in fact more interesting than Obducat) mini cap companies in Sweden, many of them listed at the same marketplace/exhange (NGM or Nordic Growth Market) as Obducat.  

Gibt es deutsche chats/boards die auf nanotechnologische Unternehmen spezialisiert ist, oder wo viel von diesen Kategorie von Unternehmnen diskutiert ist? Ich glaube dass ich von die Name "nanowert" oder so etwas gelesen hat.  

Would anyone dare to venture what will happen to share price tomorrow. Volatility seems to be the order of the day.
