Der US-Chiphersteller Rambus Inc. (ISIN US7509171069/ WKN 906870) gab am Donnerstag nach US-Börsenschluss die Zahlen für das zweite Quartal 2005 bekannt und konnte die Analystenschätzungen erfüllen.

Das Unternehmen hat im Berichtszeitraum demnach einen Gewinn von 5,4 Mio. Dollar bzw. ein EPS von 5 Cents erzielt, nach einem Gewinn von 8,3 Mio. Dollar bzw. einem EPS von 8 Cents im vergleichbaren Vorjahreszeitraum. Analysten hatten im Vorfeld ebenfalls mit einem Gewinn von 5 Cents je Aktie gerechnet.

Der Umsatz für das zweite Quartal wurde mit 40,0 Mio. Dollar angegeben und konnte somit im Vergleich zum Vorjahresquartal um 14 Prozent gesteigert werden. Die Marktschätzungen in Höhe von 40,08 Mio. Dollar wurden damit eingehalten.

Für das laufende Quartal gehen Analysten bisher von einem Umsatz von 41,70 Mio. Dollar und einem EPS von 7 Cents aus.

Die Aktie von Rambus schloss heute bei 14,58 Dollar (+3,04 Prozent).

Ich wiederum bin heute früh eingestiegen - und das brachte mir immerhin satte 18 % ein.
Zunächst passierte den heutigen Tag über fast gar nix, aber als es dann in Amerika los ging (gleich mit einem satten Plus) explodierte plötzlich auch der Kurs in Frankfurt.
Bin total happy und überzeugt, daß es weiter nach oben geht - wenn auch nicht jeden Tag mit einem zweistelligen Wachstum.
