Aktie 852652 0,609 VOL 110 000 St
ADRs 867948 0,50 VOL 376 772 St
Obwohl beide Gattungen auch in USA gehandelt werden,kann man nur die ADRs ohne Lagerstellenwechsel gewinnbringend nach USA crossen.
So wurden heute in USA 353 K ADRs zwischen 0,75 u.0,80 USD oder 0,5395 u.0,5642 € gehandelt,was lockere 10% über D Kurs ist.Ein Grossteil davon dürfte von den ESBC stammen u.so dem hiesigen Markt wieder entzogen sein.
Eine heutige Kauforder in AU von 300K a 0,95 AUD 0,5911 € wurde nur zu 2/3 bedient.
Jetzt fehlen nur noch die erwarteten weiteren positiven Meldungen aus Bougainville u. die Chartausbrüche über 1 AUD,0,80 USD,0,60 € u.0,50€ (ADR).An allen Marken wurde schon erfolgreich gekratzt.Der nächste Schritt sollte eine Stabilisierung darüber sein
Ob jetzt Aktie oder ADR am besten performt bis Jahresende,lassen wir uns überraschen ;-)))))))))

If anybody who is reading this and has an interest, can you ask the following question?
"Is the amount of stamp duty payable when PNG transfers its BOC shares to the ABG, calculated based on the BOC share price at that time?"

Finanzielle Situation weiterhin sehr entspannt, ordentlich Cash und keine Schulden...
und der Aktienübertrag an das ABG hängt nur an der Stempelsteuer und der neuen Gesellschaft...
Da es nun eine Bougainville eigene Gesellschaft ist wird es aus meiner Sicht nur noch wenig Gegenwind zur Wiedereröffnung geben und da wird es in Zukunft nur um Details gehen.
Für mich ist alles auf einem sehr guten Weg für uns Aktionäre.
Der Stufenplan zur Inbetriebnahme der Mine von David Osikore wurde auf der HV allerdings nicht vorgestellt. David machte dies allerdings ja bereits vor Jahren als er bei BCL eintrat.
Denke die weitere Ausarbeitung wird dann zu gegebener Zeit noch vorgestellt.
Dieser Blick in die Zukunft wird dann sehr interessant für die Märkte werden.

Die Märkte werden dies nun langsam realisieren und passend zu Himmelfahrt beginnt die Erkenntnis und der Aufstieg von BCL
Weiterhin alles Gute an alle Freunde von BCL und auch die die Menschen von Bougainville.
Deren Freiheitskämper haben Dank der Klugheit von Präsident Toroama vermeintlich utopisches erreicht. Auch wenn dies im Moment noch nicht richtig erkennbar ist. Die Weichen sind nunmehr klar gestellt! Der Zug rollt und der Umstieg der Welt hin zur weiteren Elektrofizierung wird aus der Dampflok BCL (auf dem Abstllgleis) Stück für Stück einen ICE und mehr machen... Im Film "Zurück in die Zukunft" gab es mal dieses Bild von der Dampflok der Zukunft... So wird auch die Entwicklung von BCL laufen...
