Yes, I have a few of my own thoughts and speculations' as WE', WILL soon, begin to move forward' ... with the, ... "TELL"' = WMIH-Corp

If ?, I am correct, ... and' ... If ?, WMIH-Corp has actually accessed as stated, "It's Equity Securities" (the original debt structure) ... during this recent third quarter, 06/30/2017 to 09/30/2017 ... I believe WE' will ... be notified of a dividend distribution for December 1st, 2017 ... as stated, the divi's are always paid in arrears' ...

... "the process dictates, that a newco's fourth quarter 2017 access, would pay a dividend on March 1st, 2018 ... and so on, ... a 360 day year consideration" ... always in arrears'

In My Opinion, as with ALL dividend distributions, ... There will need to be a recording of a "Shareholder OF Record Date" specifically defined' ... probably somewhere ahead of ? or early in, the third quarter 2017' ... that's simply a generic process for Reit's ...

(the process ? has never been about Us' ... the process ? has always been about who ended up being allowed IN the process, once the litigation ended, and payday became a reality' ... in their opinion ? the less the better' ... just ask members of the WMI-LT propaganda machine ?, or, the debtor ?, or JPMC)

Wenn ich für jeden Termin, an dem was tolles für uns geschehen sollte und dieser Termin dann bedeutungslos verstrich ist 10,- Euro bekommen hätte, dann wären meine Verluste nur noch halb so groß:)

Was vielleicht noch interessant ist zu dieser Ballot / Release Liste. Auch Vanguard hatte 2008 schon verschiedene Classes von WMI, u.a. auch Class 22 Commons, und zwar nicht gerade wenige.

Sie hatten 3,648,072 WAMUQs mit denen sie dem POR zugestimmt haben und wahrscheinlich auch released haben, je nachdem, wie man das "accept" interpretiert (s. #72175 von mir)

in Summe nun 8.4 Millionen WMIHs Stand 30.09.2017. Also sie waren schon 2008 dabei, sind mit durch CH11 gegangen und scheinen sich ja nun ziemlich sicher zu sein, dass WMIH ein Erfolg wird.

And' ... If ? ... WMIH-Corp, as the reorganized WMI', "Has Currently Been" in a position to finally be able to financially access the Original Reit Trusts during the 3rd quarter of 2017' ... 06/30/2017 to 09/30/2017 ... Now' that the "Settlements" have ALL Been Completed' ...

(Remember, beyond the "Exchange Event" Per The WMI-LT' Itself, The WMI Reit Trusts Were NEVER part of the WMI Consolidated Taxing Group) ...

Then ?, In My Own Opinion ? ... There will be a "non-cumulative" dividend distribution paid in arrears on 12/01/2017, for the third quarter of 2017's utilization of these Trusts' ... with the participating "shareholders of record" time and date, yet to be determined ...

AND' ... A "cumulative" dividend distribution paid to ALL Releasing Original "Shareholders Of Record" calculated from the 03/19/2012 Implementation Date' ...

(REIT Series Securities, annual clean ups are usually paid as a secondary divi' distribution in mid-December, for tax mandates and purposes')

ADDED: ... As Stated, Divi's are always paid in arrears ... So, If WMIH-Corp has also continued to access the Reit Series Trusts for the Fourth Quarter of 2017' ... Then, the next dividend' date paid (in arrears) to the date determined ... "shareholders of record"' ... would be March 1st, 2017 ... and so on, and so on' ... These Original Trusts are active until 2041' ...

Now extrapolate for a total of $692 billion securitized into MBS Trusts from 2000-2008 instead of using $165 billion per the 2013 & 2014 JPM annual reports (off balance sheet securitizations)

IMO...my calculations:

Liquidated (in cash) = $127 billion / $165 billion = 76.96% was liquidated

If we extrapolate to $692 billion:

Liquidated (in cash) = $692 billion x 76.96% = $532.63 billion potentially liquidated and in cash

Unliquidated = $692 billion - $532.63 billion = $159.37 billion unliquidated

Of the $532.63 billion in cash, the residual WMI Equity Tranches/Equity Interest is 25%:

Escrow Marker Holders receive in cash = $532.63 billion x 25% = $133.1575 billion cash

So 75/25 split among Equity:

Preferred = $133.1575 billion x 75% = $99.868125 billion in cash

Common = $133.1575 billion x 25% = $33.289375 billion in cash

Wir werden hochverdient belohnt. Dies steht uns nunmal zu!

Die Kursentwicklung ist und wird dann nur noch Nebensache.

Die 2021 War von mir nur ein Tipp. So wie viele andere auf 2018 tippen. Oder manche 2017 2016 oder früher getippt haben.
Fakt ist der trust wird Einen Antrag auf Verlängerung stellen.
Glaube max 3 Jahre sind möglich. Und bisher wurde ja jede Frist ausgereizt.

None of THAT' actually matters ... Most of all of that ? was simply mb' nonsense and misunderstandings', ... and imo' mostly initiated and promoted by the LT's propaganda machine anyway' ... turn the page' ...

ALL' that actually matters and ALL that is important, is the TRUTH' as well as, what and where your returns are "able to be" generated from' ... These Original WMI' Company Owned "Debt Instruments" that I have been posting about are very, very, very, important to everyone' ... Here are just a few the basics of Washington Mutual, Inc.(s) original Capital Structure' ... which now, as we know has reorganized into WMIH-Corp' ...

* The Original WMI Debt Instruments are not, nor were they part of the Consolidated Taxing Group' ... they function individually' ...

* The Original WMI Owned' Debt Structures were issued by way of Preferred Securities ... As the Company was able to utilize this money, these Preferred Securities would then pay the participating investors a quarterly dividend interest return, (as I have been posting)

* This allowed the Company WMI', to financially flourish and use the Capital Invested to be reinvested and generate more money' ...

* Then ?, the company WMI', would be in a position to declare a dividend payment to its common shareholders' ...

* At the 8:00am 09/26/2008 "Exchange Event" ... The Preferred Securities were ALL combined into the same Pool ... the following is direct from WMI's SEC Filed "Recitals" ...

Then the same process moves forward to March 1st 2018' and divi's paid on March 15th 2018, ... and so on, and so, on ... as again, is document revealed' ...

believe me guys, ... I DO NOT let any of these unstudied' distractions enter into my own DD' and study and the research' ... I'm here and continue to be in this' WaMu' ... in an effort to hopefully help the group ? as well as for my own profit' ... (Yes, I have numerous irons in the WaMu Fire')

* Once The Process begins ? ... These current Debt Instruments have a lifespan recorded out to the year 2041' ... hopefully providing a sweet financial return for every quarter moving forward' ...

Klar ist ein Quatsch, viele Hundert Milliarden (!) als Escrow Zahlungen vorherzusagen, wenn die ganze WMI zu ihren besten Zeiten vor 2008 niemals annähernd so viel wert war

Aber nach 9 Jahren, in denen solche und andere Märchen ständig verbreitet worden sind, merken viele eben nicht mehr, wie weit sich diese ganze Diskussion von den Fakten entfernt hat, die jeder selbst ganz einfach nachprüfen könnte - man müsste es natürlich wollen.  

Das mag ja sein,das das alles Quatsch ist.Aber eins ist klar,das das Geld in welcher Form auch immer über die Jahre durch Zins und Zinseszins angewachsen ist.Wo waren wir 2008 bei den Zinsen?Das kann sich der Betrag locker verdoppeln oder verdreifachen.

... I have always figured that the completed WaMu process, would have everything to do with massive amounts of eventual money returns, and those that initially tried to get rid of us' ... but couldn't ...

... and nothing to do with us' ... "other than" ... the obvious lies and discouragement that has been allowed and promoted' ... 30% of the common shareholders did not release' ...

As I have said, ... I'm here for Truth and Money' ... and, just like a tic' on a mule deer, in for the duration' ...

Ja ,ich bewerte diese Postings auch mit interessant oder informativ,dennoch :
Das heißt nicht das ich dran glaube, sondern ,ich wünsche es mir;
aber da liegt zur Zeit wenig Wahrheit drin (ich betone "Zur Zeit). Es sind keine Fakten die wir alle sehen bzw. lesen können.

Fazit :Ich wünsche ,aber ich glaube nicht !
Dennoch hoffe ich das mein Wunsch in Erfüllung geht.

Für mich stellt sich natürlich die Frage ob die Escrows Geld bekommen..
Nur...daran ändere ich nichts mehr...

Jedoch wenn das Geld über Assets kommt der WMI und die WMIH mit den heutigen ~220 Mio Shares + (die neuen für die Escrows Halter 3,5 Mrd ???)...dann sind nicht nur die Escrows unsere Lotto Zettel...

Sondern aus meiner Sicht auch die WMIH ... und die kann ich handeln...

Wieso steigen die GROSSEN nicht aus der WMIH aus...wenn doch alles so ausichtslos ist wie hier viele behaupten...die NOL's alleine sind es nicht...meine Meinung...selbst wenn ein M&A und Geschäftsmodell kommt...und dann? Muss das erstmal Gewinne abwerfen...die NOLs erstmal genutzt werden bis 2029...

Was ist mit dem SafeHarbor?

Ich interessiere mich vor allem für den Fall - die WMIH ist das Real Recovery...
