Am Montag wird es in Deutschland erstmal schön nach oben gehen. Wenn wir vorlegen sollten, steigt der Kurs auch an der OTC gewaltig. Wir schaukeln uns dann gegenseitig auf. Das ask ist im Gegensatz zum bid sehr dünn, so dass wir schnell bei 10 bis 12 Cent stehen könnten.
Das wird eine richtige Party sage ich Euch.

Ultraguard Water. spekulativer Kauf
Für die Experten von " MIDAS Research" stellt die Aktie von Ultraguard Watersystems (ISIN US90400B1026/ WKN 769118) einen spekulativen Kauf dar. Das Unternehmen sei ein kanadischer Hersteller von innovativen Systemen zur Trinkwasseraufbereitung mit einer Tochtergesellschaft auch in Österreich. Das Geschäftsmodell der Gesellschaft sei auf Systeme zur Reinigung und Aufbereitung von Abwasser oder anderweitig verschmutzten Wassers zu qualitativ hochwertigem Trinkwasser mittels UV-Technologie und spezieller Filtrierungstechnik ausgerichtet. Der Rohstoff Wasser werde mittlerweile als das " blaue Gold" bezeichnet. Der weltweite Verbrauch steige rapide. Aus Expertensicht gelte Wasser in Trinkwasserqualität in den kommenden Jahrzehnten als der weltweit wichtigste Rohstoff. Gemäß einer jüngsten UNESCO-Ermittlung von Ende Juni 2004 würden innerhalb der kommenden fünf Jahre weltweit rund 5,4 Mrd. Menschen entweder unter fehlender Trinkwasserversorgung leiden oder Gefahr laufen, durch verschmutztes bzw. infiziertes Trinkwasser ernstlich zu erkranken. Die Versorgung mit qualitativ gutem Trinkwasser allgemein bzw. die Bereitstellung von Systemen zur Aufbereitung von Ab- und Brauchwasser speziell gelte daher zu recht als ein interessanter Zukunftsmarkt. Die Ultraguard Watersystems-Aktie biete im Zuge eines auf internationaler Ebene erfolgreich fortschreitenden Marktaufbaus für die Ultraguard-Wasseraufbereitungssysteme nach Einschätzung der Experten einen interessanten Hebel. Mit dem aktuellen Kurs von 0,025 USD dürfte inzwischen ein Boden gefunden worden seien, denn hinsichtlich des kommenden Jahres stelle sich von der Prognoseseite her schon ein ganz anderes Bild: Steigende Umsätze, Vertriebspartner auf verschiedenen Auslandsmärkten, Vergabe weiterer Lizenzen, seien gute Voraussetzungen, dem extrem tiefen Aktienkurs wieder auf die Sprünge zu helfen. Bei mittelfristiger Erreichung einer geschäftlichen Größenordnung könne Ultraguard Watersystems auch als ein potentieller Übernahmekandidat betrachtet werden. Der Kauf der Ultraguard Watersystems-Aktie ist zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt ausschließlich unter stark spekulativen Aspekten in Betracht zu ziehen, so die Experten von " MIDAS Research" . Das Kursziel gebe man mit 0,20 USD an.
Bei UGRD ging es im high am Freitag auf $ 0,09. Derzeit liegt das bid bei $ 0,05 und das ask bei $ 0,07, wobei dass ask recht dünn ist. Kann schnell nach oben laufen.

division and Cardavenue formed a partnership, which will allow consumers to sell
or trade its "Send Roses" gift cards for free at Cardavenue.com. The partnership
is a result of growing demand in the secondary gift card market. As consumers

ways to use the service to improve their gift card products.

The gift card can be redeemed for one dozen roses and a vase for same-day
delivery in the U.S. It is redeemable by calling a toll-free number, and now it

Water System Corp. (OTCBB: UGRD) is pleased to announce they have concluded a
settlement of four lawsuits filed in June 2003 against the Company and its
Directors. The suits were filed by a group of shareholders whom had acquired
their share positions when UltraGuard purchased the company Innovative Fuel Cell
Technology Inc (IFCT). IFCT was the holder of an option to purchase from
MagPower Systems Inc, the world rights to a Magnesium Fuel Cell used to power
ultraviolet disinfection equipment. UltraGuard's legal counsel responded by
filing countersuits against the plaintiff and by vigorously defending the filed
actions.
As a result of these actions, during the period from issuance of the writs to
the time of settlement, UltraGuard expended a considerable amount of time and
money directly responding to the actions. Many of the Company's opportunities
were placed on hold due to the effects this action had on the Company's ability
to raise funds and the depressed stock price.
Company President Ken Fielding said, when the settlement was signed on February
1st, 2005, "We are certainly pleased we have been able to conclude this
settlement. We can now concentrate on moving forward with our plans for
marketing the fuel cell technology and the other core technology of the
Company."
Under the terms of the settlement both the Company and the Plaintiff signed a
general release against future action of any kind as well as forgiving all debts
