Turnaound bei Nuclear Solutions ???

Kein Mensch spricht bei NSOL von einer goldenen Zukunft.
Derzeit ist es ein reines Zockerpapier. Über die allgemeine Tendenz bei Biofuel ist allerdings das letzte Wort noch nicht gesprochen. Biofuel wird für eine Interimszeit sicherlich eine Alternative, bis komplett andere Systeme (sei es auf Basis von anderweitigen Kraftstoffen oder komplett regenerierbaren Quellen) initiiert werden.
Ich bin sicherlich nicht so blauäugig zu glauben, dass die Nummer hier auf 2 EUR steigt :-)
Sobald es was neues über den Verkauf der Patente von NSOL gibt, ganz bestimmt. Was Fuel Frontiers Inc. angeht, so wartet man derzeit noch auf News. Allerdings, allen Unkenrufenrufen zum Trotz haben sie mit Westinghouse-Plasma einen großen Partner gefunden! Und es gibt die aktuelle Brückenfinanzierung. Also geht es weiter, aber es dauert halt ein wenig...Trotzdem kann ein Einstieg sich lohnen. LEdiglich meine Meinung, kein Kaufempfehlung.
Auch wenn die meißten diesen Blog hier mehr lesen, als selber was zu posten, kann sich von euch jemand den Sprung um +250 % heute erklären? Bei den aktuellen Bids wäre das rechnerisch kaum möglich. Oder vielleicht war es eine "Fat Finger" Aktion aus Frankfurt :-) Allerdings kenne ich die Bids von heute erst ab 13 Uhr.
Naja, wie auch immer, wir haben den Grand Prix gewonnen, einen Bundespräsidenten verloren, das Girlscamp mit Frau von der Leyen geht an uns vorbei und wir stehen vor der Weltmeisterschaft, was kann uns also noch passieren :-)

um an meinen Vorredner anzuknüpfen,
die WM ist vorbei, ein neuer Bundespräsident ist gekommen und das Girlscamp war mir bis zum Lesen dieses Beitrags dahin ganz unbekannt ... ;)
Die Aktie ist ja grad ganz unten, aber mich würds nicht überraschen, wenns mal wieder aus dem Nichts nach oben schießen würde, 100 - 500 % ... wäre ja nichts Neues, wenn man das Ganze aus historischer Sicht sieht. Vielleicht hält es sich ja dann auch in dieser Sphäre, wenn das neue Firmenkonzept sich dann auch mal durchsetzt.

Moin! Nachdem nunmehr alle Aktionäre in den letzten Wochen derbe einen vor den Latz bekommen haben, gilt es nunmehr abzuwarten, was auch sonst. Werin den letzten 9 Monaten zu 0,03 EUR, oder wie manch andere zu 0,058 EUR eingestiegen ist, würde sein Geld derzeit wegschmeißen, wenn es nicht schon weggeschmissen ist. Die Homepage von NSOL (www.nuclearsolutions.com) hat immerhin textlich mal eine Änderung erfahren, ansonsten tut sich nicht viel. Ausser das NSOL nunmehr NSOLE.OB als "WKN" hat, da es es in die Pink Sheats abgedriftet ist. Ich habe mein Geld derzeit geistig abgeschrieben und warte jetzt einfach ab, was soll ich auch sonst machen. Allerdings gibt es immernoch den Hoffnungsschimmer, dass wenn Fuel Frontiers Inc. das Geld für die Synthetische Kraftstoffanlage in Muhlenberg/Kentucky auftreibt, es durchaus nach oben gehen könnte. Und "oben" wären für einige von uns bereits 0,10 EUR. Also warten wir ab :-)
Ach ja, habe meinen Zugang hier geschrottet, aus GuntramS ist jetzt Guntram 2010 geworden, ähnlich wie aus Raider Twix, sonst ändert sich nix :-)
Trotz allem denke ich, das es aufgrund der durchaus "grünen" Ausrichtung von Obama noch Hoffnung gibt.
Oh ha, 2.900 % im Plus, ein Mitstreiter hat immerhin 2 K für 0,03 erworben. Na denn mal viel Glück, für uns alle :-)
Anbei der kürzlich modifizierte Text des neuen CEO von NSOL (www.nuclearsolutions.com), die alten babylonischen Schriftenvergleicher hätten ihre wahre Freude daran, muss man doch keilschriftartig die Neuerungen herausarbeiten, aber immerhin:
Dear Shareholder,
While completing my transition into the role of CEO and President of Nuclear Solutions, I am preparing a course of action that I believe will bring value to our shareholders. The past management, being of scientific background, has done a wonderful job providing our company several technological pathways for NSOL to grow value and revenue. I have heard and felt the anguish of the shareholders of the need to bring projects to market. Although this has not happened due to a variety of reasons, going forward we understand there must be a clear business objective and plan for execution. The value in completion of the NSOL projects, while inviting, may be too significant of a distraction while focusing on Coal to Diesel (CTL) at this time. For that reason, I believe our primary focus must be on CTL through our subsidiary company Fuel Frontiers, Inc. (FFI).
The FFI project remains on track and has progressed in the following ways:
1. Process for CTL has been researched, defined, and improved upon.
2. NSOL has reached new agreements in principle with Kentucky Fuel Associates (KFA) which both parties believe will advance the Kentucky CTL project by providing both a full-time local presence as well project management experience.
3. Seed money has been obtained and used for the following:
a. Identification of a community and resources that are able to support a CTL plant.
b. The retention of the Shaw Engineering group to provide initial studies with regard to the potential site locations of the planned CTL facility. Purchased land for the first plant site.
c. Initial scope and engineering feasibility study with projected revenues and expenses.
We intend the following as our next course of action:
1. Install new management team at FFI.
2. Raise $3-$5 million in funding for the following purpose:
- $2.2 million to complete the Plant Process Design Package. This will bring us to the point of having the blueprints to a modular designed CTL plant that is ready to build complete with associated permits.
- $1. Million to support operational cost going forward enabling FFI to be spun off.
This second point is a crucial point for the advancement of the organization and should clear up questions that I am receiving from a variety of sources.
A. Management requests the support of the Shareholders in the approval of a spin-off of FFI.
B. FFI spin-off will only be completed when it has enough capital to go forward.
Once A and B are complete it generally takes 3-4 months for the process to be complete with SEC approval but, as all should note, the SEC is in charge of that timeline.
As a practical matter, since most of NSOL’s authorized shares are already issued, we need to increase the number of shares that NSOL can issue so that we are able to offer investors shares of stock in exchange for their investment. Once this is complete, we anticipate a pro rata split for all share holders that own shares as of a date to be announced in the future.

Moin! Bei Cortal Consors steht seit gestern Nachmittag die Kaufempfehlung eines Mitgliedes, natürlich dementsprechend deklariert und mit dem Hinweis auf Totalverlust versehen. Nicht, dass das jetzt die Wahnsinnsnachricht wäre, aber es zeigt zumindest, dass das Papier noch nicht komplett abgeschrieben wurde. Gestern gab es auch wieder ein akzeptables Volumen an der Nasdaq und selbst in Frankfurt wurden gestern 166 K umgesetzt, dass hatten wir schon verdammt lange Zeit nicht mehr.

In Frankfurt läuft grade was gewaltig schief, wie können 200.000.000 (!) zum Verkauf stehen, wenn grade mal 100.000.000 von NSOL herausgegeben wurden? Fat Finger :-)
Bislang hat sich an der 200.000.000 Offerte nichts geändert :-) Da muss jemand ziemlich bescheuert sein, oder er versucht kleine Spielchen, die allem Anschein nach nicht fruchten. Leerkäufe auf OTCBB sind, soweit ich weiß, via FRA ohnehin nicht möglich. Egal, warten wir ab und genießen den Anblick mit Kopfschütteln :-) Trotzdem bescheuert!
Hui, gestern hat jemand 500.000 Scheine gekauft! Solch eine Zahl gab es hier seit diversen Jahren schon nicht mehr. Wer immerhin 3.500 EUR investiert sollte wissen, was er/sie macht. Bin gespannt, wie es weitergeht. Vielleicht kriegen wir ja unser Geld doch noch zurück? Oder machen sogar soetwas wie ein kleines Plus :-)
Und schon sind wir mal wieder bei einem sagenhaften Kurs von 0,001 €. Naja, das ist nicht wirklich neu, gelle? Von denen, die ich kenne, würde jedoch keiner die Nerven verlieren und seine Scheine für den Kurs verticken, also heißt es nach wie vor: Abwarten! Da ich nicht davon ausgehe, das sich in diesem Jahr noch etwas dramatisches hier einstellen wird, wünsche ich allen Mitleidenden schon jetzt ein frohes Fest und ein "Frohes Neues 2011"! (Auch dir MLM!) Was NSOL angeht, so kann es ja nur besser werden :-)
Nach einem durchaus nennenswerten Up and Down innerhalb von 3 Handelstagen, welches in der jüngeren Vergangenheit durchaus selten war, gilt es hier dem Nihilismus gekonnt Einhalt zu gebieten.
Vielleicht gibt es ja doch Gründe, warum man allgemein nicht bescheuert ist, derzeit NSOL zu kaufen?
1. Entweder man hat null Ahnung (was durchaus vertretbar ist)
2. Es besteht ein finanziell geprägter Glaube in die Patente, die NSOL immernoch hält. Durchaus verwertbar!
3. Fuel Frontiers Inc. (Tochtergesellschaft von NSOL) schaffen es endlich ihre " Luftverschmutzungszertifikate" vom Staate Kentucky zertifizieren zu lassen, was den Baubeginn für das Waste (Coal) to Liquidverfahren bedeuten würde (immerhin ist Fuel Frontiers Inc. offizieller Partner von Westinghouse Plasma), welches in seiner Dimension nicht nur das größte in Kentucky bedeuten würde, sondern auch die Zukunft eines der größten Synthetischen Kraftstoffanlagen der Vereinigten Staaten darstellt.
4. Ausgehend von nachhaltigen Energien, welche weltweit ihre Anfangsschwierigkeiten hatten, investiert man hier im Bereich des Neulandes in den USA.
5. Geld über, kein Plan
6. Nachdem ich des Pornokonsums meiner Jugend überdrüssig bin, habe ich entschlossen, mein Taschengeld in irgendwas Nachhaltiges zu investieren.
Natürlich nicht komplett ernst gemeint und es stellt auch wie immer keine Kaufempfehlung dar...bla bla...
Bin drin und bleibe drin, ein extrem langer Atem vorausgesetzt.

Japanese Scientists Corroborate Nuclear Waste Remediation Technology Owned by Nuclear Solutions, Inc.
Independent research conducted by a consortium of five Japanese organizations confirms the viability of photonuclear transmutation for nuclear waste remediation, Nuclear Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:NSOL) announced today.
Nuclear Solutions is engaged in the development of a photonuclear-based system for transmutation of nuclear waste and safe, clean generation of electricity.
Based on the development of a new high-intensity gamma laser system and research on its applications, Japanese scientists have concluded that the use of gamma rays is a feasible approach to efficiently transmute nuclear waste into stable non-radioactive end products. Their results were reached through scientific experimentation and study of concepts closely related to the photonuclear, gamma-neutron reactions currently being developed by Nuclear Solutions as the foundation of its patented and patents pending waste remediation technology.
"The Japanese should be congratulated for conducting such positive research in a relatively unexplored area of nuclear science," said Dr. Qi Ao, Vice President, Research and Development for Nuclear Solutions.

Wären sie aus dem Geschäft, würden sie nicht eine neue Adresse ankündigen. Ich gehe eher davon aus, dass sie den Hauptsitz komplett nach Kentucky verlegen werden. Dies macht insofern Sinn, als dass der Kernfocus von NSOL nunmehr auf Fuel Frontiers Inc. gelegt werden soll. Vielleicht gibt es ja angesichts der fürchterlichen Umstände in Japan auch in den Staaten bald mehr staatliche Unterstützung für den CTL Prozess. Es wird auf jeden Fall endlich mal wieder spannend!
Derzeit ist wirklich etwas in Bewegung, sowohl hier, als auch in den Staaten. Sollten beim Neustart der Homepage auch nur ansatzweise positive Neuigkeiten bekannt werden, schießt NSOL derbe nach oben. Davon ist allein deshalb schon auszugehen, weil sowohl hier, als auch in den Staaten das Interesse an NSOL in den letzten 4 Monaten spürbar intensiver geworden ist. Nachdem ich jetzt schon so lange drin bin, warte ich die paar Tage zum website-relaunch auch noch ab und dann sehen wir weiter. Es wird weitergehen mit NSOL / FFI, da bin ich mir sicher. Die Bewegung bei bei NSOL in den Staaten und auch hier kam wahrscheinlich durch den angekündigten website-relaunch ins Rollen. Es brodelt derzeit ordentlich und selbst hier haben wir gestern ein Plus von 900% gehabt und der Kurs liegt aktuell bei 2 Cent. Sicherlich reden wir hier über Pennystocks, aber auch mit denen kann man bekanntlich Geld machen. Eins ist Fakt, sollten gute Neuigkeiten beim website-relaunch zu lesen sein, werden sicherlich auch die großen Investoren wieder zurückkehren und dann geht es hier mächtig los. Wie immer: Nur meine Meinung!
