So long.

Tournigan Gold Corp. | Toni Wallis, 1.604.643.7551 TVC : TSX-V : C$4.03 | C$453.8M | Speculative Buy , Target C$6.50 ↑ • Resource at Kuriskova (formerly Jahodna) increases threefold to 50 million pounds uranium in Inferred Resource  Event  Yesterday, Tournigan Gold announced an increase in the resource at Kuriskova (formerly called Jahodna), Slovakia. This new Inferred resource estimate incorporates the 2007 drilling on this deposit and has increased the resource threefold. Three zones of mineralization are defined: The Main Zone 39 million pounds U3O8; the Low-Grade and the Fault614 Zones contain resources of 11.5 million pounds U3O8.  Impact – Positive  Tournigan has delivered an Inferred Resource update that is a threefold increase from the historic Inferred Resource. We expect the 2007 drilling program to upgrade the resource on the Main Zone to the Measured and Indicated category.  Next catalyst  An airborne radiometric and magnetic survey covering the 60-kilometre belt is scheduled to commence next week.  Valuation  Applying the Canaccord Adams’ in situ values of US$10.00 and US$6.00 /lb for the resources at Kuriskova, we now value these assets at US$375.0 million. We have added risk-adjusted resources for Novoveska Huta and for the Arizona Breccia projects to bring the total value for the uranium assets to US$495 million. Adding in the value for the gold assets we derive a value for the combined resources of C$6.50 per share. We maintain our SPECULATIVE BUY rating and increase our target price from C$3.75 to C$6.50 per share.

Ausländische Unternehmen sollen Produktion steigern / Von Harald Meyer  Kiew (bfai ) -

US$ pro Jahr.

UAH (300 Mio. US$) veranschlagt worden.

Uranium Spot Prices Surge to New Records
By Keith Kohl

Baltimore, MD--Uranium has been white hot recently. But will yellowcake's future turn out just as profitable for us as the last few years have been? The easy answer--absolutely! The demand for uranium is going to skyrocket due to the soaring nuclear industry.

I know you've thought about it before, "Just how far can the uranium bull run before being corralled?"

The notion has entered my mind a few times too.

I mean, growing over 1500% in seven years is astronomical. In fact, I've read more than a few of your concerns that $113 per pound was end. Certainly a correction was yesterday was in the stars.

Not this time.

On Monday, the weekly spot price for uranium has surged again, this time reaching $120 per pound!

Yet that record breaking price level is still trivial compared to where uranium will be in the future.

Last month, I pointed to the soaring growth of nuclear energy to drive demand. Let's face it, with over 158 nuclear reactors being built in our nearby future, producers can expect a huge demand for their uranium.

Here's the thing, uranium only constitutes roughly 5% of a nuclear plant's budget. So they can afford to pay a hefty price, even if prices were five times their current levels.

And uranium has an even brighter future.

Here's why...

It Turned $20,000 into $800,000 Within 2 Years

It's become the hottest stock market on the planet - responsible for some of the largest new wealth creation in this decade.

Over the past five years, it's absolutely crushed every major index. I'm talking about 8 times the returns of the Dow, NASDAQ and S&P 500. And right now three companies trading on this exchange have the potential to - once again - turn $20,000 into $800,000 or more.

What is this "secret" exchange? And what companies stand poised to skyrocket?

Click HERE for your free report

--------------------------------------------------

The world is not producing enough uranium. Producers are only supplying just 74% of the total global demand!

And trust me, the supply picture is going to get worse within the next decade. Forget for a second that Cigar Lake won't be back into production for another few years (assuming it ever does come back).

Let's focus for a second on the place we are currently getting our uranium.

You see, ever since the 90's, the U.S. has been buying uranium from Russia through the U.S.-Russian Highly Enriched Uranium (HEU) Purchase Agreement.

Russia had to do something with the 30,000 nuclear weapons they developed during the cold war, right?

The highly enriched uranium extracted from their nuclear weapons can be blended into low-enriched uranium (LEU). The LEU can then be used at commercial nuclear power plants in the U.S.

How much uranium can they possibly get?

Under the agreement, roughly 500 tons of HEU are blended down and sold. But the Russians can only blend about 30 tons per year. Furthermore, the deal will expire in 2013. If it isn't renewed (as many experts feel) the U.S. will have to look elsewhere for uranium.

But what does that mean for us?

As you know, the U.S. generates 20% of its electricity from nuclear energy. I've already pointed out how that is about to grow with the addition of new power plants.

Now take into account the fact that those plants receive half of their nuclear fuel from those Russian nukes.

Think about that for a minute.

In six years, our nuclear plants are going to scrambling to find a new source of uranium. Also remember that it can take years for new uranium mines to begin production.

That's why I love the small uranium mining companies. With the right management and a solid list of properties, the opportunity is there to make a fortune. Click here for a chance to get in on some of these uranium plays.

Everyone has been waiting for a correction in the weekly spot price of uranium at $120 a pound. And we probably will experience that correction before the end of 2007. But even with a correction on the horizon, we're going to see uranium repeatedly break record prices in the future.

On Thursday, I'm going to delve into the new spot market for uranium on the NYMEX-where spot prices are trading over $140. More importantly, we're figure out what this new market is going to mean for us.

Until next time,

Keith Kohl

Firma Gold ??
oder
Firma Uran ??
Was meint Ihr dazu??????????

08:20 29.05.07

Vancouver (aktiencheck.de AG) - Das kanadische Unternehmen Tournigan Gold Corp.

Tournigan Seeks to Unlock Shareholder Value by Separating Its Gold and Uranium Assets
Monday May 28, 9:00 am ET

VANCOUVER, BC--(MARKET WIRE)--May 28, 2007 -- Tournigan Gold Corporation (CDNX:TVC.V - News) (Frankfurt:TGP.F - News) announces it will seek shareholder approval for the reorganization of its capital structure and separation of the ownership, management and financing of its uranium and precious metals assets.

The Company's strategy is to focus primarily on the further development of its high-grade Kuriskova uranium deposit while ensuring that shareholders receive maximum value from Tournigan's portfolio of highly prospective precious metals properties. Cormark Securities Inc. has been retained as independent financial advisor to assist the Company with the reorganization process.

The Board of Directors has reviewed management's proposal and, with the benefit of external financial advisors, is of the view that the division of assets into separate commodity classes will benefit the Company and its shareholders. This conclusion is based on the following considerations:

1. Tournigan's primary focus is the development of its interest in the high-grade Kuriskova uranium deposit. The formation of a new company to hold the precious metal deposits and exploration lands will separate gold and uranium fundraising and mining strategies.

2. A new publicly traded gold company, under separate management, will continue to focus on the exploration and development of the advanced stage Kremnica and Curraghinalt gold deposits and adjoining exploration lands.

3. The shareholders of Tournigan will have separate ownership interests in one of the largest undeveloped high-grade uranium deposits in the world and in a more focused precious metals company with potential near term production projects and excellent exploration potential.

4. The separation in gold and uranium assets will enable equity analysts and potential investors to more accurately value the companies on a stand-alone basis against similar mineral exploration companies and industry benchmarks, enhancing the likelihood that both companies will be more appropriately valued in the public markets.

5. The separation of ownership interests is expected to create additional investment demand by attracting investors who prefer pure play commodity exposure.

The reorganization will be subject to a favorable tax ruling from the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA), regulatory and court approvals, as well as approval of the transactions by shareholders at an extraordinary special meeting and subject to the new gold company being accepted for listing on a stock exchange. The new company will have to comply with all requirements of the securities commissions involved. It is anticipated that the extraordinary meeting will be held in October 2007.

Accordingly, there is no assurance that the reorganization will proceed as planned or at all.

Once shareholder approval is received, the precious metal deposits and exploration lands will be transferred to a new gold corporation in exchange for shares. Shareholders of Tournigan will own shares in both the uranium and gold companies. Once all approvals are received, shareholders of record will receive a yet to be determined number of common shares in the new companies. The new entities will be named at a future date.

Tournigan has built a portfolio of highly prospective uranium and gold properties in both Europe and North America. The Company intends to develop its best prospects. Tournigan has focused its efforts in countries that are economically and politically stable, have good infrastructure and a well-educated population.

Canaccord's recent release of $ 6.5 target for TVC is way too low in my opinion.
So was Sprott assets management's estimate back in FEB 2007 with a one year target of $4,40 based in part on $3,25/share on 18,000,000 pounds U on the Jahodna deposit and a uranium spot price of $75/pound.

Well today,TVC has increased its resource to 67,000,000 pounds of uranium and the uranium spot price has climbed in excess of usd $ 130/pound !
and...guess what : it is not impossible that TVC will raise its resource estimates to 100,000,000 pounds this year and that uranium's spot price will climb to $200/pound !

Investors seem to focus better on north American companies like Aurora ( AXU )and keep the sp within 20-30% of their fair valuation .
AXU is a good point in case. ( see my previous report on TVC vs AXU valuation ). AXU climbed from $4,00 to $13,00/sh from 01july2006 to 01nov2006 and is worth today $18,00 .This could be a model for the behavior of Tournigan's sp in the coming 12 months from today's $4,00 to $13,00.At least this is my educated and calculated estimation.

Uranium is Uranium no matter where it comes from so investors have the best opportunity right now to invest in an undervalued company . This year's sp volatility because of late Jahodna drilling results is now a question of the past and the company is now on its way to execute its business plan this fall to split the company in 2 entities to unlock full shareholder's value in both Gold and Uranium.

A GREAT TIME FOR NEW INVESTORS!

All right, let me help you: This is an old posting made BEFORE TVC announced a tripling of their Uranium resource ,so read this first then read my reevaluation of $13.3/share target in my message before :

Present value in the ground USD $ 13,44 BB or USD $ 204,22 /sh
or CAD $ 225,1 at a NAV of 12% equals CAD $ 27,01/share compared with last SP of $20,00 last week MEANS AXU IS 26% BELOW FAIR VALUE.

TVC ( Tournigan Gold )

GOLD,SILVER,MOLYBDENE and URANIUM

(*based on NYMEX latest Uranium contract future of USD $ 140)
Conclusion as to the actual fair share price value of TVC :

Valueof Molybdene : Discounted (unknown yet)
TVC FAIR SHARE PRICE VALUE : CAD $ 8,91 compared to latest market price of $ 3,6 MEANS TVC IS 60% BELOW FAIR VALUE!!!!

Note :Cash cost (Direct mining expense and royalties per ounce of ore produced. Includes all mining, milling and administration expenditures incurred on site, including inventory changes and site-specific corporate charges. According to new valuation calculation,TVC's new fair value re-calculated with the Novoveska deposit is now as follow :
1. 16,953,200 pounds of U (historical resource) @ usd $140/lb = $2,373,448,000 / 114,356,528 shares = usd $ 20,75

2. 49,523,880 pounds of Molybdene @ usd 30/lb = 1,485,716,400 /
114,356,528 shares = usd $ 12,99

$20,75 + $12,99 = usd $ 33,74

Using a NAV factor of generally accepted 12% ( NET ASSET VALUE = total company assets minus total liabilities ):

VALUATION ADD-ON :

$33,74 x 12% = usd $ 4,05 or CAD $ 4,39

New valuation of TVC/ share is now :

OLD valuation ( see post 14879616 )+ ADD-ON = NEW VALUATION

CAD $ 8,91 + CAD $ 4,39 = CAD $ 13,3 per share!!!

Compared to today's free market value of CAD $ 3,85 means that TVC's shares are 350% BELOW FAIR VALUE !

TAKE OVER CANDIDATE!!!!!!due to its 67,450,000 pounds of low cost, high concentration uranium!!!!(and bonus gold, moly and silver...)and growth potential.

CHINA or RUSSIA or FRANCE....who will bid for this precious resource?
WAIT AND SEE !! IT WILL COME SOON!!

disclaimer : any comments made here by me is a pure figment of my imagination and should not be used to make any investment!
