Renewable energy firm Suzlon Energy rose to a one-year high on strong Dec-quarter results.
The stock rose as much as 11.3 per cent to their highest in a year.
The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs. 270 crore ($41.01 million), compared with a loss of Rs. 122 crore a year earlier.
Consolidted total revenue rose about 76 per cent, helped by higher revenue from wind turbine generator segment.The company’s order book stood at 1,231 MW valued at Rs. 7,520 crore.

Total income of the company rose 20.3 percent at Rs 3311.4 crore versus Rs 2,752.1 crore. The company's operating profit (EBITDA) was up 15.8 percent at Rs 716.3 crore and operating margin was at 21.6 percent. The company is looking to offload stake in 130 MW project which is likely to fetch Rs 110 crore..."
