Sorrento Therapeutics - 1100 Prozent möglich?

ich gebe zu, meine Geduld ist nicht so strapazierfähig wie deine. Mir ist klar, dass ZTlido keine Bäume ausreißt, aber turnusmäßige Informationen und conference calls für Investoren sollten trotzdem alle 3 Monate zum Programm gehören. Wir könnten darin ja auch was zu den anderen Theman hören bzw. Sorrento befragen, wie IPO Cellularity, Infos zu ark Animals, Infos zu dem neuen CBD-Joint Venture,......
Schau dir mal das Yahoo-Board an, die sonst so positiven Leute scheinen mittlerweile alle den Glaben verloren zu haben.  

Als info steht derzeit die Presentation  Juli 2019 zur Verfügung ,  sie sind auch an 3 Firmen beteiligt ich denke die jetzige Bewertung ist schon angemessen.
Darin steht auch dass  Anti-CEA-CAR-T-Therapie bei soliden Tumoren -
Phase-2-Zulassungsstudie beginnt im 2. Halbjahr 2019, Erst nach dieser Studie kann man den Wirkstoff wirklich beurteilen. Niete oder 6 Richtige

Hatte auch die Tage eetwas gelesen, dass sie in eine Phase 3 Studie gegangen sind, hat aber deen Kurs nicht ansatzweise verändeert. Habt ihr was mitbekommen?

 

eine Menge an Studien, die Pipeline ist prall gefüllt, aber Sie haben eine weitere Kapitalerhöhung durchgezogen  und einen zu hohen Chasburn, das zieht den Kurs runter.  Sie müssten auch zeigen dass sich was in der Operativen Seite was tut.
Neos hat jetzt seinen Chashburn im Griff muss aber noch das Umsatzwachstum bestätigen und den Breakeven erreichen.  

etwas zu den ZTlido Zahlen von Quartal 2? April und Mai waren ja schon gut, Juni fehlt aber noch. Im Yahoo-Forum wurde etwas gemunkelt, habe aber nichts offizielles gefunden.  

Meldung zu den April-Umsätze gelesen da wurden 3 Mil $ angegeben. ich hoffe wie liegen bei 10 Mil Umsatz das könnte den Abwärtstrend beenden.  

Gibt es bereits einen Termin für die Q2 Zahlen ?

Sorrento scheint in der Tat eine interessante Pipeline zu haben, aber operativ haben sie aus meiner Sicht noch ein gutes Stück Arbeit vor sich.  

raus, Operativ ist noch eine weiter weg, haben zuletzt wieder ein Kaptalerhöhung durchgeführt was den Kurs stark belastet hat. Die Pipline ist interessant, aber der Cashburn ist eigentlich zu hoch, wenn die derzeit laufenden Phase 1/2 nicht erfolgreich ist dann haben wir ein Problem.

(NASDAQ: SRNE, "Sorrento" or the “Company”), confirmed today that on November 23, 2019, it received an unsolicited, non-binding term sheet proposal submitted by two biopharmaceutical companies, to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company for between $3.00 and $5.00 per share in cash.

After reviewing the proposal in consultation with its advisors, Sorrento’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) determined that the offer significantly undervalued Sorrento and was not in the best interest of the Company’s stockholders. Accordingly, the Board unanimously rejected the proposal.

The Company is in active late-stage licensing and collaboration discussions with leading biopharmaceutical companies for the Company’s immuno-oncology products, including multiple targets to be deployed within the KOKI DAR-T platform. The Company believes that these pending transactions alone represent potential short- and long-term value creation significantly exceeding the current all cash proposal.

bin halt gerade bei PTI und CLVS voll dabei :)  

Volumen ist mega! Aber ich hoffe die 2,50 USD noch mal zu sehen (Gap Close?!) Zumindest könnte man mal eine Limit-Posi platzieren.  

3 bis 5 Dollar...das war letzte Woche noch nicht zu erwarten...auch wenn es offensichtlich wieder hoch gehen sollte...
Eigentlich ist noch nichts konkretes bekannt...ich bin gespannt, und bleibe drin...2,60 Dollar sollte in den nächsten zwei Tagen nicht unterschritten werden.
Natürlich hat Sorrento einiges In der Pipeline...einschließlich der Börsengang der Gesellschaft um ZTlido...die Umsätze dürften deutlich steigen.
Sorrento hat schon Dollars eingesammelt...deshalb der niedrige Kurs...die haben jetzt Spielraum zu arbeiten.
Mal sehen, was Sorrento wirklich wert ist...  

wurde ja bereits abgelehnt. Was jetzt wirklich spannend ist, ob daran nochmal gefeilt wird.  

noch was in Richtung 5 Dollar ?  

Vielleicht heute Nachmittag wenn der US Handel beginnt, könnte sich was beim Kurs bewegen.  

Im nachfolgenden Artikel ist von einem Kursziel von 21 Dollar die Rede. Wäre schon der Hammer wenn es irgendwann so kommt.
