Sino-Ocean Land Holdings Limited is a real estate company in Beijing. It has a portfolio of development projects and investment properties. It primarily develops medium to high-end residential properties, premium grade office buildings, retail space, serviced apartments and hotels. It has 21 projects at various stages of development in Beijing Municipality, Tianjin Municipality, Shenyang City and Dalian City in Liaoning Province and Zhongshan City in Guangdong Province. The Company’s business is categorized into three segments: property development, engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties, as well as leasing of completed properties held for sale to generate rental income; property investment, engaged in leasing of investment properties to generate rental income and to gain from the appreciation in the properties’ values in the long term, and others, engaged in the provision of hotel operation, property management, property sales agency and related services.

Aber Anhand der CRIC Daten bin ich seit Juli zurückhalten geworden und habe mich Monat für Monat von meinen Aktien getrennt und bin seit 2 Monaten in Sino investiert. Alles nur aufgrund der CRIC Daten und der Bondspreise. Das sind wertvolle Indikatoren. Den nächsten Update gibt es am letzten Tag in diesen Monat. Ein anderer interessanter Real Estate Wert ist R&F. Will ein wenig diversifizieren.
