Dieses Jahr wurden die Dividenden ja abgesagt. :-/

ALLIANCE NEWS DETAIL

BANK OF IRELAND CEO RICHIE BOUCHER TO STEP DOWN IN OCTOBER[ 26 Jul 2017 16:54 ]

LONDON (Alliance News) - Bank of Ireland Group PLC confirmed on Wednesday that Chief Executive Richie Boucher will step down from the company with effect from October 1.

The Irish lender had said in March that Boucher would step down from the role before the end of 2017. As previously announced in May, Francesca McDonagh, head of HSBC PLC's retail banking and wealth management in the UK and Europe, will take over as the CEO of Bank of Ireland.

McDonagh will become an executive director on October 2, by which time she would have left her role at HSBC, where she has worked for 20 years holding senior management roles across seven different countries.

Shares in Bank of Ireland closed up 0.5% at EUR6.91 Wednesday.
