ROCLF Announces Resolution Agreement with German Banks [delayed]

Ridgeland, MS, JAN 15, 2004 (EventX/Knobias.com via COMTEX) -- Royal Olympic Cruise Lines Inc. (ROCLF) announced that it and two of its subsidiary companies, Olympic World Cruises, Inc. and Royal World Cruises, Inc., owners of the cruise ships OLYMPIA VOYAGER and OLYMPIA EXPLORER respectively, which latter two companies are subject to a Chapter 11 reorganization proceeding pending in Honolulu, Hawaii, have amicably resolved their differences with German lending institutions by an agreement for the resolution of the pending proceedings by consent. The terms and effect of the agreement relative to these two ships will be made shortly.

Wie ich in einem sehr interresanten Telefongespräch erfahren habe, sind aktuell die Gespräche mit ROC, den Banken und der Regierung immer noch am laufen, man rechnet mit einem wohl positiven Ergebnis dieser Gespräche Mitte März.

Wer nähere Infos haben möchte, sollte sich doch mal an das deutsche Vertriebsbüro von ROC wenden, die sind nämlich ganz zuversichtlich, daß das wieder was wird...
