Trotzdem mache ich das, weil ich von der Story überzeugt bin, und damit auch andere Interessierte auf dem neuesten Stand sind;

Naja, nun gut mal sehen was heute drinnen ist!

Poly-Pacific negotiates for full control of Kingston landfill site

Burnaby, B.C.-based plastic blast media (PBM) and plastic lumber company Poly-Pacific International Inc. is one step closer to gaining 100 per cent control of a landfill site in Kingston, Ont. The company recently announced that it had successfully negotiated with Poly-Ran Reclamation Inc. to acquire its 30 per cent interest in the McAdoo Lane Landfill Site.

Poly-Pacific has signed a letter of intent with Poly-Ran, and the deal is still subject to regulatory approval.

Operated as a licensed landfill from 1970 to 1987, the McAdoo Lane Landfill Site is estimated to have an overall volume of one million cubic metres, with an estimated 180,000 tons (360 million pounds) of industrial waste nylon.

"This is a significant step in acquiring 100 per cent beneficial control of the McAdoo Lane Landfill Site for Poly-Pacific," said company president Randy Hayward. "Management is pleased to be able to provide this added value to its shareholders. The company is expecting receipt of the final access approval from the City of Kingston imminently."

The city approved an agreement in February that allowed Poly-Pacific to gain access for the assessment of fibre resource in order to investigate the potential for the removal and recycling of polymer fibres.

Poly-Pacific uses scrap plastic to create PBM for a range of applications such as paint stripping and surface preparation. The company also recycles plastic containers into lumber for the agricultural industry through its wholly owned subsidiary, Everwood Agricultural Products International Inc.

Poly fly away.letzte News:

Poly Pacific WKN A0LGDN NEWS !!

City of Kingston Signs Access Agreement
5/1/2007

CALGARY, May 1, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ --

Poly-Pacific International Inc. ("Poly-Pacific" or the "Company") (TSX-V: "PMB"; OTCBB: "PLYPF"; Berlin: "A0LGDN"; Frankfurt: "POZ") is pleased to announce that the Company has signed an access agreement with the City of Kingston, Ontario, Canada on April 27, 2007. The agreement will allow Poly-Pacific to gain access to the McAdoo Lane Landfill Site for the purpose of assessing the size and quality of the nylon fibre resource.

Poly-Pacific has retained the engineering services of Kleinfeldt Consultants Ltd., of Toronto, Ontario, Canada to establish the project's viability and assist Poly-Pacific to formulate plans for the operations, logistics and commencement of the nylon recovery.

The McAdoo Lane Landfill Site was operated as a licensed landfill from 1970 through to its closure in 1987. Although no formal records of landfilling were kept, it is estimated that approximately 180,000 tonnes (360 million pounds) of industrial waste nylon were deposited between 1970 and 1987 and that the overall volume of the present landfill is in the order of 1 million cubic metres.

Mr. Randy Hayward, President, states "Now that the City of Kingston has signed a formal access agreement with Poly-Pacific, we look forward to initiating our due diligence over the next few weeks to prove out the commercial value of the McAdoo Nylon Site. Based on our initial research, I am extremely optimistic as to the commercial viability of the reclamation of this 110 acre landfill site in Kingston."

This release may contain forward looking statements. These statements are based on management's current expectations and beliefs and are subject to a number of risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially from those described in the forward looking statements. Poly-Pacific does not assume any obligation to update any forward looking information contained in this news release.

We seek safe harbour. The TSX Venture Exchange does not accept responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of the release.
