Juni 2008, 12:01 Uhr der Name des Unternehmens zu "Nanika Resources Inc." geändert wird und dass die Aktien für den Börsenhandel an der TSX Venture Exchange das neue Tickersymbol "NKA" und die neue CUSIP-Nummer 630018109 erhalten. Ein Aktientausch-Zertifikat ist nicht erforderlich und eine Konsolidierung des ausgegebenen Anteilskapitals fand nicht statt. Die Namensänderung war zuvor auf der am 16. Mai 2008 abgehaltenen Jahres- und außerordentlichen Generalversammlung verabschiedet worden und das Unternehmen hat inzwischen die notwendige behördliche Genehmigung der TSX Venture Exchange erhalten. Die neue Website des Unternehmens hat jetzt die Adresse www.nanikaresources.com.
Die Namensänderung zu Nanika Resources Inc. spiegelt die Geschäftstätigkeit des Unternehmens und dessen künftige Ausrichtung besser wider. VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 01, 2009) - Nanika Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: NKA)(FRANKFURT: C7X) meldet ein mehrstufiges Explorationsprogramm für die ,,Indi-Liegenschaft, die sich ca. 24 Kilometer nördlich von Stewart, British Columbia, befindet. Das Gebiet grenzt an das ,,Silver Coin"-Goldprojekt an, für das Pinnacle Mines Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: PNL) eine Umfangsprüfung eingeleitet hat, und bildet gleichzeitig Teil dieses Projekts. Pinnacle meldete am 27. April 2009, dass für die Silver Coin-Liegenschaft, die nach NI 43-101 bemessene und angezeigte Ressourcen von 423.002 Unzen Gold und 3.423.531 Unzen Silber (9,7 Millionen Tonnen mit einem Gehalt von jeweils 1,355 Gramm pro Tonne und 10,968 Gramm pro Tonne) sowie abgeleitete Ressourcen von 947.988 Unzen Gold und 2.757.247 Unzen Silber (15,95 Millionen Tonnen mit einem Gehalt von jeweils 1,849 Gramm pro Tonne und 5,377 Gramm pro Tonne) aufweist, eine Umfangsprüfung durchgeführt werden soll. Pinnacle beabsichtigt die Durchführung dieser Prüfung, um eine starke Grundlage für die für 2010 erwartete Wirtschaftlichkeitsstudie zu schaffen.
Aufgrund der vielversprechenden Ergebnisse der angrenzenden Silver Coin-Liegenschaft und der Tatsache, dass sich das Gebiet im Stewart Mining Camp befindet, ist Nanika der Überzeugung, dass ein mehrstufiges Explorationsprogramm für die Indi-Liegenschaft angebracht ist.
Phase Eins wird die Prüfung und Zusammenstellung sämtlicher vorhandener Daten über die Indi-Liegenschaft umfassen, gefolgt von einer Standortbesichtigung durch Vertreter Nanikas im Mai 2009.
Phase Zwei des für 2009 geplanten Explorationsprogramms soll abhängig von klimatischen Bedingungen eingeleitet werden. Es wird beabsichtigt, eine regionale Exploration der wenig untersuchten Westseite des Gebiets durchzuführen, bei der Flussproben aus der Region entnommen und bekannte Sichtstellen geortet werden sollen. Darüber hinaus werden unter Umständen in ausgewählten Bereichen systematische geochemische Proben und Felssplitterproben entnommen, möglicherweise werden auch Untersuchungsgräben ausgehoben.
Phase Drei ist ein Bohr- und Grabungsprogramm, das in vielversprechenden Zielgebieten eingeleitet werden soll, und nach Erhalt der Genehmigungen für Sommer oder Herbst erwartet wird.

Bulldog Creek Results
Nanika Resources Inc. (TSX-V: NKA and FSE: C7X) is pleased to announce the latest significant results from its 100% owned Bulldog Creek property with 13.7 grams per ton gold and 122 grams per ton silver in rock samples.
Two rock samples collected from a sub-outcrop on the property returned 1.18 and 1.00 grams per ton gold. The latter sample also returned 122 grams per ton silver. The highest gold result came from very angular float sample ANB-12. The sample, which represents a fragment of 10 cm wide quartz vein with 3-5% pyrite, 2-3% galena, 5-7 % sphalerite and minor chalcopyrite assayed 13.7 grams per ton gold, 51.0 grams per ton silver, 1.78 % lead and 5.06% zinc.
In June 2010 Nanika discovered abundant mineralization on the Bulldog Creek property and float samples collected during the June program returned values up to 6.75 grams per ton gold and 564.9 grams per ton silver. The highest in situ sample yielded 9.98 grams per ton gold and 50.3 grams per ton silver.
Nanika's "Bulldog" property is located approximately 10 kilometres south of Stewart, BC, on Bulldog Creek and consists of seven contiguous claims totaling 4,219.5 acres, or 1,707.5 hectares. There are no underlying crown grants to any of these claims.

Airborne Survey on Rivett Lake NWT Completed

Nanika Resources Inc. (TSX-V: NKA and FSE: C7X) announces that airborne geophysical survey has been completed on Nanika's Rivett Lake property in the Northwest Territories. A number of targets have been identified for further investigation. Nanika will be reviewing the data further and deciding what types of exploration work will be used to advance the project.
Nanika's Rivett Lake property consists of 30 claims totaling 59,714.59 acres (24,165.72 hectares) and is approximately 30 kilometres southwest of the De Beer's Snap Lake Diamond Mine.
Special Projects Inc., a Calgary-based geophysical company, completed the airborne survey which involved low-level, high-resolution airborne magnetic surveys flown on 50 meter-spaced lines with a total survey distance flown of 5,800 line kilometers including line extensions across boundaries and contingencies.

Nanika to Start Drilling on Indi Property

Nanika Resources Inc. (TSXV-NKA and FSE-C7X) is pleased to announce that it has contracted Titan Diamond Drilling Ltd. of the Town of Smithers BC, to commence a drill program as soon as they can mobilize to the site of the Indi Property approximately 24 kilometers north of the Town of Stewart, BC. Titan advises that they can begin moving equipment to the site on, or before, November 22, 2010. A total minimum of 1,000 meters of NQ drilling has been agreed to.
On October 14, 2010 Jayden Resources Inc. (TSXV-JDN) disclosed by news release their 2010 drill results with 55 metres grading 8.42 grams per ton gold, including 7 metres grading 32.89 grams per ton gold, at the adjacent Silver Coin project. It has been established by previous work that a portion of the mineralization on Silver Coin extends onto the Indi property.
Nanika will be operating the work program pursuant to the terms of a joint venture agreement with Jayden Resources Inc. (TSXV-JDN) and Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd. (TSXV-MTB) that includes the Indi 9 - 12 claims. Weather, snow conditions, and water availability for the drill may result in changes to the proposed program. Due to encouraging results from the recent work done on the adjacent Silver Coin property Nanika believes that a further work program is warranted on Indi at this time.
The Indi property shares many of the geologic characteristics of the nearby Silbak Premier Mine which is approximately 3 kilometres from Nanika's proposed drilling. Over its mine life, the former Silbak Premier Mine produced approximately 1.8 million ounces gold, 41 million ounces silver, 4.2 million pounds copper, 62 million pounds lead and 20 million pounds zinc until closing in 1996.

Canada Molybdenum Corp. Joint Venture Update

April 13, 2011 - Vancouver, British Columbia: Nanika Resources Inc. (TSXV:NKA) and (FSE:C7X) is pleased to announce that discussions are continuing on plans for the joint venture subsidiary Canada Molybdenum Corp. with representatives of the Korean joint venture partners. Nanika's Chief Executive Officer, James Jacuta, stated that, "The meetings and discussions in the last couple of months have been, in my experience, the most favourable in recent years with our Korean partners". As a result of these favourable meetings and discussions it is anticipated that Nanika will continue further discussions with the Korean partners on plans and financing for "Lucky Ship" until June 30, 2011.
The joint venture company "Canada Molybdenum Corp." is responsible for the continued exploration, development and mining right to the "Lucky Ship" molybdenum project located at the "Nanika Ridge" site approximately 85 kilometres southwest of the town of Houston, British Columbia. The "Lucky Ship" Molybdenum Property has 24,812 meters of drilling in 94 holes that were completed under the operation of Nanika Resources Inc. The property has an indicated mineral resource of 65.66 million tonnes of average 0.064% Molybdenum or 92.6 million pounds of Molybdenum as per National Instrument 43-101 compliant reports.
