'WinTV Extend' also Sends Live TV to the iPod Touch and Apple Mac Computers
HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., May 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hauppauge Digital, Inc. ( Nasdaq : HAUP), the world's leading developer and manufacturer of TV tuner products for personal computers, announced today that their WinTV-HVR TV tuner boards for PCs can now stream live TV over the Internet to the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch and any Apple Macintosh computer which supports a Safari web browser.
Live TV for these Apple devices is provided by Hauppauge's "WinTV Extend", which will be a feature in Hauppauge's new WinTV v7.2 application. WinTV Extend transmits live TV to Internet and WiFi connected devices such as the Apple iPad, iPhone and others. The WinTV v7.2 application provides live TV and TV recording to PCs equipped with a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR TV tuner.
Hauppauge WinTV-HVR TV tuners bring live TV, both standard definition and HD TV, into Windows based PCs. The new WinTV Extend feature will take the live TV signal and transmit it over the Internet where it can be received by the iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch, or by a Mac computer, through the Safari web browser.
With a WinTV-HVR TV tuner and WinTV Extend running on a PC at home, a user of a supported Apple device can be anywhere in the world and can have live TV from their home sent over the Internet to their Apple device screen. On the large screen iPad or a Mac computer, the live TV image can be displayed along side the TV tuner channel list from your WinTV-HVR at home. On the iPhone and iPod touch, the user can switch between the display of the TV channel list and live TV.
The WinTV v7.2 application will include WinTV Extend and will be available directly from Hauppauge at a cost of $9.95. Current owners of WinTV-HVR's can upgrade to WinTV v7.2 Details will be available on the Hauppauge website.

Hauppauge bringt hybride TV-Karten raus
[cg] Mönchengladbach - Speziell für das Windows 7 Media Center bietet Hauppauge ab sofort zwei neue hybride TV-Karten im Low-Profile-Format an, die vielfältige Empfangsmöglichkeiten bieten sollen.
Die WinTV-HVR-3300 und WinTV-HVR-4400-HD von Hauppauge sollen als hybride PCI-Express-TV-Karten mit entsprechender Software für das Media Center von Windows 7 optimiert sein, teilt der Hersteller mit. Die WinTV-HVR-3300 ist eine Tri-Mode-TV-Karte und für den Empfang von analogem Fernsehen per Kabel oder Antenne, DVB-S und DVB-T ausgelegt. Die WinTV-HVR-4400-HD unterstützt laut Mitteilung des Herstellers als Quad-Mode-TV-Karte zusätzlich den Empfang von DVB-S2-Programmen sowie FM-Radio.

Aufgrund ihrer schmalen Bauform sollen beide TV-Karten besonders für die Verwendung in Slimline-PCs geeignet sein. Der Aufbau kompakter Media-Center-PCs fürs Wohnzimmer sei ebenso möglich. Für ein Plus an Bedienkomfort soll laut Hauppauge die ebenfalls im Lieferumfang enthaltene und zertifizierte Windows-Media-Center-Fernbedienung sorgen, mit der sich alle wesentlichen Funktionen der WinTV-v7-TV-Software steuern lassen sollen.
Neben Windows 7 werden die Betriebssysteme Windows XP und Windows Vista durch die beiden TV-Karten unterstützt. Die WinTV-HVR-3300 kostet 99 Euro (UVP), die WinTV-HVR-4400-HD 149 Euro (UVP).

Am 24. Mai 2010, Hauppauge Digital Inc. (das "Unternehmen") eine schriftliche Anmeldung ("Mai 24 Mitteilung") von The Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq"), dass das Unternehmen einer wiedererlangten Einhaltung Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450 ( ) (1) (die "Regel"), die Markt verlangt, dass die Global Company unterhält ein Minimum Gebotsschlusskurs von $ 1,00 pro Aktie für die weitere Notierung an der Nasdaq. Die Gebotsschlusskurs der Gesellschaft Stammaktien wurde bei oder über 1,00 $ pro Aktie für die zehn aufeinander folgenden Werktagen bis zum 21. Mai 2010.

Zudem bin ich gespannt wie das kommende Quartal wird da erst in diesem Quartal die Iphone Geschichte angeboten wurde.
Dies ist überigens keine Zockeraktie die nichts vorzuweisen hat wie sehr viele andere.
Hier gibt es reale Produkte und Umsätze (dieses Jahr bisher Halbjahresumsätze von mehr als 30 Millionen Dollar).

Am Donnerstag brach die Aktie über die MA50 aus um am Freitag diese Linie nochmals zu testen mit Erfolg.Die Aktie drehte am späten Freitag von dieser MA50 nach oben ab.Nachbörslich stieg Sie auf 2,44 Dollar was dem Schlußkurs vom Donnerstag entsprach.
Bin gespannt wie es weiter aber anscheinend besteht da ein reges Interesse an dem Wert was die Umsätze eindeutig belegen.

Hauppauge Digital Reports Fiscal 2010 Third Quarter and Nine-Month Results
HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hauppauge Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: HAUP), a leading developer of analog and digital TV receiver products for the personal computer market, reported financial results for the third fiscal quarter and nine-month period ended June 30, 2010.
THIRD QUARTER RESULTS
Net sales were $13.6 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2010, an increase of approximately 4.03% from the $13.1 million reported for the previous year’s third fiscal quarter.
The Company recorded net income of $915,216 for the third quarter of fiscal 2010 compared to a net loss of $1,887,382 for the third quarter of fiscal 2009. The results for the third quarter of fiscal 2010 reflect a reduction in accrued expenses fees of about $2.2 million for settlements and changes in estimates. Net income per share for the third quarter of fiscal 2010 was $0.09 on a basic and diluted basis, compared to a net loss per share of $0.19 on a basic and diluted basis for the third quarter of fiscal 2009.
NINE-MONTH RESULTS
Net sales were $45.3 million for the nine months ended June 30, 2010, an increase of approximately 5.17% from the $43.1 million reported for the nine months ended June 30, 2009.
The Company incurred a net loss of $322,208 for the nine months ended June 30, 2010 compared to a net loss of $5,591,765 for the nine months ended June 30, 2009. The results for the nine months ended June 30, 2010 reflect a reduction in accrued expenses fees of about $2.2 million for settlements and changes in estimates.
