(Pink Sheets:RMGX) announced today that it intends to file a SEC Registration Statement and is in discussions with legal counsel and accountants regarding steps necessary to complete the process. The Company has completed contract negotiations with AMR Project Peru, S.A.C. (AMR) to commercialize its properties operations in Peru. AMR owns certain mining leasehold and concession rights to 500 hectares of land located near the District of Ayapata, province of Carabaya, Department of Puno, Peru and registered with the Ministry of Mines. It is the intent of the Company to explore, develop, operate and put the AMR property into production. The AMR property is in an exploration and development stage and mineral reserves have not been amply substantiated and additional exploration and drilling must be realized to ascertain the mine's potential reserve values. RAM Golds common shares are quoted on www.pinksheets.com under the symbol RMGX and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol XYO. A majority of the Companys directors approved the cancellation of 53,500,000 restricted common shares that were issued as part of the agreement per the letter of intent to acquire certain leasehold mining interests held by AMR Project Peru S.A.C., and Romeo Distefano and Antonio Rotundo have resigned as officers and members of the board of directors. This decision will result in revisions to the companys website with the removal of all information related to AMR Project Peru S.A.C. and its principals.
