Auszug aus der am 23.09.11 auf sedar veröffentlichten MD&A:
The economic analysis of the PEA indicates that the Lac Otelnuk Project has a potential net present value (“NPV”) of $15 billion at an internal rate of return of 20%. The PEA states that the parameter that most affects the NPV of the project is the commodity price, as opposed to capital expenditures and operating costs. Due to the lack of market studies, a conservative approach was used to determine the pellet price in the economic model, and a flat price of US$100 per tonne of pellets was used for the life of the mine.
entspricht, wie in der Studie von April 2011 aufgeführt, 82 Can $ per share...
ohne die noch kommende Verwässerung und natürlich auch -wenn überhaupt- erst in ca. 4 bis 5 1/2 Jahren...
wer diese Aktie kennt (und vielleicht bereits besitzt) sieht auf diesem Niveau extrem attraktive Kauf-Kurse, mit denen ich so wahrlich nicht mehr gerechnet habe.
Offensichtlich sehen das die Kanadier genauso, insbesondere der eine, welcher kürzlich dern Kurs so schön hochgetrieben hat....
Schließlich muss der Mensch ja wieder nachkaufen... : - )))

kleine Spekulation meinerseits:
nachdem Wisco sich bisher - stärker als erwartet- zurückhielt, steht hier nun doch Großes bevor.
alles braucht seine Zeit (nicht zuletzt die Prüfungen der Quebek'schen Behörden). Die Chinesen haben auch davon scheinbar mehr als wir...
4 mögliche Gründe für die Aufnahme:
- wie im Nachbar-Thread beschrieben, wird endlich der Plan du Nord begonnen zu realisieren (aus dem Bauch: über die nächsten 25 Jahre ca. 25 Milliarden Can $ in Nord-Kanada - eine Gegend mit ca. 40.000 ständigen Einwohnern...)
- Wisco meint es wirklich ernst... (da sind Adriana als auch wir ja gebrannte Kinder ;-))
- das jetzige Management kämpft einen einsamen, dadurch sparsamen, nichts desto Trotz starken Kampf (nach der ersten Ernüchterung bin ich mittlererweile gottfroh, dass Belay & Co gegangen (worden?!) sind...
- es gibt nach jetzt fast 18 mon dann doch wieder berichtenswertes aus Brasilien (siehe Ankündigung an der iron ore konferenz in Rio auf der Homepage).

nachdem das JV mit Wisco in trockenen Tüchern ist, läuft hier die Zeit:
12,9 Millarden Can$ +/- 35% das heißt, bis zu 18 Milliarden Can$ werden in Nunavic bis zum Start der Mine 2016 benötigt - vorbehaltlich der benötigten Lizensen und Erlaubnisse.
Die Chinesen kratzen ... (und ich auch - nach jetzt fast 4 Jahren...).

nur meine Meinung:
nach dem (mit) durch Thyssen ausgelösten Unmut in der Bevölkerung (Fischer) - was den Bau zusätzlicher Hafenanlagen anbelangt (hier wurde im wahrsten Sinne beim Bau der Anlagen zuviel bereits vorhandener, gift-/schwermetall-haltiger "Dreck" aufgewirbelt) hat es ADI hier schwer gehabt.
Auch hier sollten (konservativ) bis aller spätestens Ende 2012 die nächsten nachhaltigen News anstehen (auch der Bau von Thyssen brazil -Luftlinie geschätzte 12 km enfernt - hat sich ja Jahre hingezogen / verspätet).
Immerhin wird (würde) der angestrebte Neubau mit einer Kapazität von 45 mio Tonnen jährlich eine Verdreifachung der (zwischen Thyssen und Adi gelegenen) bereits bestehenden Anlage bedeuten (und laut google ist das bereits gigantisch - wie ich finde).

conclusion - weiter nur meine Meinung:
in jedem Fall ist die Aktie sicherer als vor dem 19.12.2011 - und dann bei einem NPV von 82 can$ - auch immer noch genügend Musik drin ...
allen Investierten und Interessierten ein gesundes & erfolgreiches Jahr 2012 - nicht nur mit dieser Aktie ...
