Integra is converting its capital into euros and dividing the
face value of its shares by 5
Paris, 10 March 2000. Integra (IEA NM or INTG NM), Europe's
leading complex Internet site operator and provider of e-
commerce solutions, announces the conversion of its capital
into euros and its decision to divide the face value of its
shares by 5.
The registered capital has first been increased by
incorporating reserves from the issue premium (174,227,806
French francs) to raise it to 205,566,166 French francs or
31,338,360 euros, and thus change the face value of the Integra
share from 5 French francs to 5 euros.
Then, the face value of the shares will be divided by 5,
changing the face value of the share from 5 euros to 1 euro.
Hence, the number of shares in circulation will be increased
from 6,267,672 to 31,338,360.

Revenues:

Integra reports consolidated pro forma revenues of EUR 14.88
million in 1999, a 178% increase over consolidated pro forma revenues
of EUR 5.36 million in 1998. Consolidated revenues increased by 173%
from EUR 3.07 million in 1998 to EUR 8.37 million in 1999. Integra
France's revenues increased from EUR 3.06 million in 1998 to EUR 4.98
million in 1999/ representing organic growth of 63%.

For the 4th quarter 1999, consolidated pro forma revenues
represented EUR 4.47 million, an increase of 66% over the 3rd quarter
1999 figure of EUR 2.69 million.

Hosting revenues kept on growing, representing 33.8% of
consolidated revenues in 1999 versus 19.6% in 1998.

Pre-tax loss: For the fiscal year 1999, Integra reports a net
consolidated loss of EUR 8,12 million.

Treasury:

As at 31 December 1999, Integra had EUR 118.45 million in cash and
marketable securities.

Human Resources: In 1999, Integra made significant investments in
human resources to face future growth, and specifically reinforced
its corporate team. The total number of employees was 301 at the end
of 1999, as compared to 59 at the end of 1998.

Operated web sites: The number of sites operated by Integra
increased by 378% to 1104 at the end of 1999 as compared to 231
operated sites at the end of 1998, There were 157 e-commerce sites
operated by Integra at the end of 1999. Average monthly operation
revenues per site in 1999 reached 6448 up 34% over 1998 figure of EUR
335, showing strong organic growth.

Partners:

The number of strategic and business partners grew from 6 to 15
and 12 to 40 respectively from 1998 to 1999.

Client base; Integra continued to grow its client base
significantly during the year. Clients are ventilated in three
categories: large accounts, dot com companies, and telcos. Major
contracts signed during 1999 included: Accor, Acemai, Babyworld.com,
B-O-S, E.Leclerc, Elle, Gatineau, L'Homme Moderne, Look Voyages,
Mauboussin, Michelin, Pitney Bowes, Shell, Thomson Multimedia, Paco
Rabanne, Toy's R US.

Acquisitions:

In 1999, Integra pursued its expansion strategy in Europe and made
6 acquisitions in key geographic markets, consolidating the Group's
position as the European leader with a presence in Denmark, France,
Germany, The Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom, Three
Northern European countries should be added to these acquisitions, if
the Intended friendly public offer on Infostream (INF NO) comes
through.

During the 4th quarter, Integra made three acquisitions: the EUR
0.78 million acquisition of Conexis, Spain's leading web hosting
company, the EUR 5.8 million acquisition of xxLINK, The Netherlands'
leading web hosting and consulting company and the EUR 7.85 million
acquisition of the hosting and professional services business of
Mondo A/S/ Denmark's leading e-business company.

Commenting on the results, CEO Philippe Guglielmettl said: "1999

1999 betrugen die bereinigten Revenues(Einnahmen?) 14,8 Millionen Euro gegenüber 5,2 Millionen in 1998 ,-eine Zunahme von 178%.Im 4.Quartal eine Zunahme um 66%,d.h. 4,47 Millionen gegenüber 2,67 Millionen im 3. Quartal.
Die Einnahmen aus Hosting von Websites stiegen von 19,8% auf 33% der Einnahmen.Die Beschäftigten zahl stieg von 59 auf 301,die Anzahl der betreuten Seiten stieg von 231 auf 1104.
1999 wurden 5 Zuerwerbungen durchgeführt.Im 4.Quartal allein wurden erworben:Conexis Spaniens führende WebHosting company
XXlink in den Niederlanden führende Webhosting-und Beratungscompany
Monda AS in Dänemark,führende E-Business Company.Durch das freundliche Übernahmeangebot für Infostream wird die Präsenz in den Niederlanden,Spanien,Grossbritannien und Skandinavien verbessert.

Um einen interessanten Seiteneinsteiger aus den Nouveau Marce handele es sich bei dem französischen IT-Dienstleister Integra S.A. (WKN 922 684).

Das erst seit wenigen Wochen auch am Neuen Markt gelistete Unternehmen konzentriere sich auf den Betrieb und die Integration komplexer Web-Seiten, wobei ein besonderes Augenmerk auf dem E-Commerce liege. Integra  wolle nach eigenen Angaben in den nächsten 18 Monaten Unternehmen in acht bis zehn europäischen Ländern aufkaufen und damit zum führenden Applications-Service-Provider für komplexe Webhosting in Europa aufsteigen.

Seine Kundenzahl habe Integra gegenüber dem Vorjahr auf derzeit 778 mehr als verdreifachen können. Der Umsatz sei in den ersten neun Monaten 1999 um 172 % angestiegen. Schwarze Zahlen würden jedoch erst 2001 geschrieben. Branchenexperten zufolge könne der Markt, in dem Integra tätig sei, von rund 130 Mio. EUR auf 3 Mrd. EUR in 2001 anwachsen. Aufgrund der frühzeitig begonnenen Expansionspolitik habe Integra sehr gute Chancen sich hier ein großes Stück des Kuchens abzuschneiden.

Ein Quantensprung wäre die Anfang des Jahres anvisierte Fusion mit dem norwegischen Technologieberatungsunternehmen Infostream, denn damit würde Integra zur größten Web-Hosting Agentur Europas aufsteigen.


 

allerdings bewegen sie sich seit einiger Zeit seitwärts. Der Splitt macht die Aktie wieder interessant (mit einem kleinen Abrutscher a la Adera), ist mir z.Zt. zu hoch. Bin in Frankreich noch nicht investiert, z.Zt. arbeitet alles Geld an der Börse, fragte aber nicht umsonst gestern nach einem Frankreich-Link. Danke Dir für den Link zum NouveauMarché.

P.S. Halte fast ausschließlich ausländische Aktien, sind mir sehr sympathisch!  

Übrigens ist die WebSeite in Deutsch, Französisch, Englisch anwählbar, sehr europäisch und zukunftsorientiert, auch wenn noch ein paar Sprachen (z.B. Weltsprache Spanisch, etc. fehlen.
Ein kleines Detail zwar nur, aber ich vermisse diese Offenheit bei vielen sogenannten Expansionsfirmen.

Das Datum des Stocksplits wollten sie noch nicht herausrücken,ich hab sie gestern angeschrieben und bekam auch sofort eine freundliche Antwort.Aber der Kurs wird sicher auch in Paris mitbestimmt.Man kann ihn hier        http://www.nouveau-marche.fr/fr/default.htm

 

habe gestern an dich gedacht, da ich INTEGRA nunmehr täglich aufmerksam verfolge. Allerdings hätte ich vor ein paar Tagen nicht um die 200 kaufen wollen, der Chart verwies auf eine Korrektur.
Jedoch, wäre ich liquide, ich wäre bei 140 eingestiegen. Dennoch erinnert es mich alles etwas an den Verlauf des Adera-Splitts. Die kamen auch von 140 wieder auf 90 zurück und erholen sich jetzt. Das Adera gut ist wie Integra haben sie in den letzten Korrekturtagen bewiesen. Integra ist da noch nicht durch, trotz der 164 heute, wird es aber tun.
