Heyde-Gruppe forciert Aktivitäten im Medienbereich

Heyde bringt MR Informatik gegen 25 % Anteil in
Lecloux AG ein

(Bad Nauheim, 16. Februar 2000) Die Heyde AG, Bad
Nauheim, bringt ihre Tochter MR Informatik,
Leonberg, in die Lecloux AG, Berlin, ein. Durch
die damit verbundene Kapitalerhöhung gegen
Sacheinlage erhält sie im Gegenzug einen Anteil
von 25 % am Aktienkapital der Lecloux AG.
Hauptgesellschafter des führenden Anbieters von
Verlagssystemen, von digitalen Printsystemen und
Cross-Media-Technologien bleibt der Berliner
Mediendienstleister igs GmbH mit 38,25 %.
Die JAVA-Produkte von MR Informatik runden das
Portfolio der Lecloux AG an Zeitungsverlags-
Systemen ab. Damit avancieren Lecloux und MR zum
ersten Komplettanbieter im deutschen Markt. Die
Lecloux AG baut damit ihre Marktführerschaft bei
Softwaresystemen im Verlagswesen aus. Als
einzigartiges Leistungsangebot sieht Lecloux die
Entwicklung der Produkte des ´´Virtuellen Verlages´´
an.
Die Heyde AG erhält durch ihre Beteiligung Zugang
zu den Cross-Media-Produkten von Lecloux sowie zu
innovativen und führenden, branchenübergreifenden
Content Management- und e-Publishing-Technologien.
Sie verstärkt durch diesen Schritt ihre
Marktposition in der Medienbranche.
Die neuformierte Lecloux-Gruppe beschäftigt
nunmehr rund 90 Mitarbeiter und plant für das Jahr
2000 einen Umsatz von 26 Millionen DM.

Heyde Group steps up activities in media sector

Heyde transfers MR Informatik to Lecloux AG in
return for 25% interest

(Bad Nauheim, February 16, 2000) Heyde AG, Bad
Nauheim, will transfer its Leonberg-based
subsidiary MR Informatik to Lecloux AG, Berlin. In
return Heyde will receive a 25% interest in the
share capital of Lecloux AG as a result of this
capital increase against non-cash contributions.
Berlin-based media services company igs GmbH will
remain the majority shareholder of Lecloux, top
provider of publishing systems, digital printing
systems and cross-media technologies.
Lecloux AG will use MR Informatik´s Java-based
products to supplement its portfolio of newspaper
publishing systems, making Lecloux and MR the
first total solutions provider on the German
market. This will enable Lecloux AG to further
extend its market leadership in software systems
for the publishing sector. Lecloux considers its
development of products for the ´´virtual
publishing house´´ to be unique.
Heyde AG´s equity interest will provide it with
access to Lecloux´s cross-media products as well
as to innovative, best-of-breed content management
and e-publishing technologies for various
industries. This move also consolidates Heyde´s
market position in the media sector.
The newly formed Lecloux Group now has around 90
employees and forecasts sales for 2000 of
DM 26 million.
