Bisher kaum beachtet in Deutschland.

Vancouver, B.C. / TheNewswire / January 29, 2019 – HERITAGE CANNABIS HOLDINGS CORPORATION (CSE: CANN) (“Heritage” or “Company”) is excited to announce the commencement of it’s first cannabis harvest at the Fort Erie location of its subsidiary CannaCure Corporation (“CannaCure”).

As previously announced on November 14, 2018, CannaCure signed an agreement with CannTrust Inc. (TSX:TRST) (“CannTrust”), which provided the original genetics for this inaugural grow.  The agreement calls for CannTrust having a right of first refusal to purchase the product from CannaCure.

“We’re proud to share this important milestone with our community, stakeholders and industry partners.  This harvest signals our advancement in our production objectives and our continuous growth within cannabis industry.  I would like to thank our cultivation team who worked hard over these past 10 weeks, including the holidays, to ensure our first crop was a success” states Clint Sharples, Chairman and interim CEO.  “We are on schedule to meet our 2019 production targets and expect multiple successful harvests in the coming months when CannaCure and PhyeinMed are producing at full capacity.”

As a result of the success of the first harvest, CannaCure intends on rolling immediately into their second grow, utilizing the same genetics as the original crop.  Plants are scheduled to be introduced into the grow room environment within the next few weeks.

Herritage Cannabis unter "Tier 3"

"Tier 3, which included the 36 LPs that generate quarterly sales less than C$2.5 million, rose 4.0%, leaving its year-to-date gain at 36.0% after declining 26.4% in 2018. The best performers in the group were Heritage Cannabis (CSE: CANN) (OTC: HERTF), MediPharm Labs (TSXV: LABS) (OTC: MLCPF) and 48North (TSXV: NRTH) (OTC: NCNNF), all of which gained more than 50%. Heritage, relatively unknown, became more visible after completing a recent capital raise, making several announcements regarding its operations and additions to its management team. MediPharm Labs announced a very large contract during the month to provide extraction services to a large LP. 48North reported strong revenue growth with positive operating cash flow in late February and also signed a supply agreement with Quebec, the first LP to do so with outdoor grown cannabis. 16 of the 17 worst performers for the month were part of Tier 3.

The returns for the overall sector varied greatly, with six names gaining more than 20%, while five declined by more than 20%:"

" Vancouver, B.C. / TheNewswire / March 4, 2019 – HERITAGE CANNABIS HOLDINGS CORP.(CSE: CANN) (“Heritage” or “Company”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary PhyeinMed Inc. (“PhyeinMed”) has received both its Standard Processing Licence and Medical Sales Licence from Health Canada.

Effective immediately, PhyeinMed will initiate the process of receiving over 50,000 kg of hemp feed stock utilizing the two Vitalis Q90 extraction systems which were recently installed in their Falkland, British Columbia facility. The extraction systems will be operated by the skilled and experienced professionals from Purefarma Solutions (“Purefarma”). The proprietary process methods are expected to produce top quality oils on a consistent basis.

This processing licence will give PhyeinMed the opportunity to engage with other Licensed Producers under toll processing agreements for both white label and branded extracted products.

In addition to the processing licence, PhyeinMed has been granted its Medical Sales Licence. The company is now able to provide medical education services and sell directly to patients who have a medical document to use cannabis for medical purposes. PhyeinMed is working with BriteLife Sciences (“BriteLife”) to create proprietary formulations utilizing industry research and the experience of Dr Chris Spooner, Chief Science Officer of the corporation.

“We are extremely pleased to see PhyeinMed awarded these two very important licences. This allows our company to stay on track with our plans for extraction, but also accelerates our plans for our medical cannabis sales.” said Clint Sharples, CEO of Heritage “I’m very pleased with how our team continues to execute our business plan. We are eager to move quickly to revenue, and look forward to proving ourselves as being among the leaders for extraction services in Canada.”

The initial portion of Purefarma’s hemp feedstock stockpiled in Saskatchewan has been shipped to PhyeinMed and the Purefarma technicians will begin extracting immediately upon the product arriving. Once the oil is produced, it will be sent to independent labs for testing, and the Company will receive a final inspection from Health Canada, before it is sold. "

Vancouver, B.C. / TheNewswire / 4.
