Überlege den Einstieg, sollte unter den Juniors ja gut da stehen...  

Ich ware am Wochenende auf der Rohstoff&Edelmetallmesse  in München und dort habe ich die Firma Atlantic Gold (AGB) kennengelernt. Habe am Sonntag und heute die Balancesheet und verschiedende Analysen verarbeitet und bin heute mit zwei kleinen Position hier rein, da mich u.a. das Management überzeugt hat, dass sie mit Geld sehr gut umgehen können. Die AISC von 550$ srpechen da für sich. Die werden dieses Jahr mit ca 12xGewinn bewertet , aber es kommen noch einige Katalysatoren in den nächsten Jahren (Fiveteen Mile Stream z.B.) die den Gewinn deutlich steigern können. Mal schauen wo die Reise hingeht.

Phase 1

Phase 1 operations include the mining of two open-pit gold deposits, Touquoy and Beaver Dam. The Company’s planned future development of the region will be based on a central processing facility concept at Touquoy with staged integration of satellite deposits into the production schedule and staged capital expenditures for expansion opportunities managed with cash flow from operations at Touquoy and additional debt capacity as a long-term low-cost gold producer.

Phase 1 Life of Mine production guidance for 2019 is between 92,000-98,000 oz. gold at All-In-Sustaining-Costs (AISC) between $CAD695/oz.-$755/oz. (US$521-566/oz.) as stated in the Company’s news release (January 16, 2019).

Phase 2 Expansion

The Phase 2 Life of Mine Expansion will have gold production ramping up to + 200,000 ounces per annum while maintaining the company’s industry lowest decile cash costs at all-in sustaining cash cost (AISC) of CAD$692/oz. Au (USD$555/oz. Au) as stated in the Company’s news release (January 29, 2018). Endlich mal ein grüner Lichtblick nach harten, roten tagen an anderen Fronten. Was macht ihr denn mit euren Aktien? Bin aktuell noch unsicher...  

Ich bin auch noch nicht klar was ich mache...weiß jemand wie viele Velocity es geben wird zu den 2,90C$?...der Kurs steht bei 0,28C$ soweit ich gesehen habe...  

Es gibt keine Velocity Aktien, lediglich der Anteil von Atlantic an Velocity wird aufgeteilt an die Atlantic Shareholder. Das ergibt etwa o,o332 € je für jede Atlantik Aktie in Form einer neuen Aktie.  

 

Ich hatte bei Integra Gold einen Thread eröffnet, wurde übernommen. Habe bei Spur Ventures einen Thread eröffnet. Übernommen. Wer ist der nächste? Könnten folgende Kandidaten sein: A2DQSF oder A0YH1U  

Hallo ihr Glückspilze!
Wie wäre es am sinnvollsten: die Atlantic Aktien gleich verkaufen und woanders investieren - oder verliert man dann irgendwelche Vorteile, z.B. Velocity Anteile als nicht mehr investierter ex-Shareholder?  Und was passiert mit unseren Atlantic Aktien nach der Übernahme, die schon stattgefunden hat? Der Kurs bewegt sich immer noch... Wer kennt sich da aus ? - Riesen Dank im voraus!  

dass man keine Antwort auf so eine wichtige Frage bekommt ..... evtl. sind alle schon lange ausgestiegen und  schaufeln ihre Millionen ganz woanders ....
