10 Mio. CAD Cash finde ich auch vom feinsten!

Minco Gold Continues to Define High Grade Gold Veins at Gold Bull Mountain

2007-05-22 05:00 ET - News Release

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/22/07

Minco Gold Corporation (the "Company" or "Minco Gold") (TSX: MMM)(AMEX: MGH)(FRANKFURT: MI5) is pleased to announce assay results for 40 channel samples collected at its wholly-owned Gold Bull Mountain ("GBM") project located in the western part of Hunan Province in the People's Republic of China. The property is located 6 kilometres north of the famous Xiangxi Gold mine, which has been in operation for over one hundred years.

The GBM gold belt extends for more than 15 kilometres and is recognizable by a wide distribution of artisanal mining adits, pits, and openings. Gold-quartz mineralization at GBM occurs primarily within brittle to ductile shear veins in Proterozoic sediment rocks. Four parallel quartz-vein style gold zones have been identified with a strong continuity along strike and dip directions.

The 40 channel samples were collected on vein II 3-1 across the vein width, along a 30 metre strike length on level 112 as tabulated below. The results ranged from 0.01 grams per tonne (g/t) gold to 158.79 g/t (5.1 ounces per tonne) gold with 75% of the samples grading greater than 1 g/t gold and 25% of the samples greater than 10 g/t gold. The average gold grade for all 40 samples was calculated to be 12.32 g/t, over 1.52m true width. Photographs of quartz channel samples containing native gold can be viewed on the company's website at www.mincomining.ca. Assay results are provided in the table below.

There is a significant "Nugget Effect" within the assay distribution requiring careful sampling and assaying techniques. All rock chip samples were collected as continuous samples across the width of the veins and over intervals ranging from 0.8 to 0.5 metres along strike and sent for analyses to Yunnan Paijia Mining Technology Services Co., a division of Canada Process Research Associates Ltd., located in the Yunnan Province, China. The samples were divided into two parts: +200 mesh fraction and -200 mesh fraction. The two samples were then analyzed separately using fire assay with atomic absorption spectrometry finish and a weighted average calculated.

Minco Gold President & CEO, Dr. Ken Cai, commented: "The significant 'Nugget Effect' returns a wide range of values and makes results difficult to reproduce. For this reason, we've chosen to suspend drilling and expanded our cross cutting and drifting program to provide a more accurate representation of the mineralized zones. Minco Gold is excited by the results to date and is working aggressively to advance the project."

Over the past 3 months, the exploration team has prepared 80 metres of drifting along strike on the 112 level of which 30 metres has been sampled. The team has also completed a detailed geological mapping program conducted over both the exploration (16.78 km2) and mining license (0.178 km2) areas in preparation for ongoing surveys. These programs were carried out under the technical supervision of Dr. John Li, Chief Geologist and Manager of Jinniushan Property Exploration (GBM).

Mr. Dwayne Melrose, P. Geo, Vice President Exploration for Minco Gold, is the Qualified Person responsible for verification and quality assurance of the company's exploration data and analytical results.

Der gestrige Schlusskurs in Toronto betrug 1,47 CAD, was 1,01 Euro entspricht.

--------------------------------------------------

114 Mio. USD (3,8 Mio. Unzen Gold mit NUR 30 Dollar bewertet) sind 122 Mio CAD

Minco Gold Acquires Xiaoshan Polymetallic Project
5/29/2007
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, May 29, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

Minco Gold Corporation (the "Company" or "Minco Gold") (TSX: MMM)(AMEX: MGH)(FRANKFURT: MI5) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Minco Mining (China) Corporation, has entered into a cooperative joint-venture agreement with Henan Nonferrous Geological Mining Co., Ltd. ("HNGM") to jointly explore and develop the Xiaoshan polymetallic project located in Henan Province, China. Under the terms of the agreement, Minco can earn up to 70% equity interests in Xiaoshan with a total contribution of RMB 35 million (approx US$ 4.57 million). Minco will make an initial payment of RMB 15 million (approx US$ 1.96 million) to secure the exploration permits and fund RMB 20 million (approx US$ 2.61 million) in exploration and development before the end of June, 2009. The agreement is subject to Chinese government approval.

The Xiaoshan project consists of two exploration permits, the 17.1 square kilometre (km2) Huluyu permit and the 12 km2 Dafangshan permit, for a total land package of 29.1 km2. Located in Shanxian County, Northwest Henan Province, the region covers the eastern portion of the famous Qinling metallogenic belt which is one of the most important gold producing regions in China.

Xiaoshan is located on a structural zone parallel to Silvercorp's Ying Silver Project located 30 kilometres to the south. The Xiaoshan and Ying projects demonstrate very similar geological settings, structures, and mineralization styles. Regionally, both projects sit on the Southern rim of the North China Craton where the Archean metamorphosed rocks of the Taihua Group are the dominant host for the large gold-silver deposits in the East section of the Qinling belt. In this region, the Archean migmatite, schist and gneiss (Taihua Group) have been intruded by Proterozoic diabase dykes and Mesozoic acidic dykes. Vein-alteration zones in the region are dominantly controlled by N-NW (North-Northwest) and NW-W (Northwest-West) trending faults with the mineral deposit type similar to the mesothermal veins of the Coeur d'Alene District in Idaho, U.S.A.

Within the Huluyu permit there are three sets of faults trending NW (Northwest), N-NW, and NE (Northeast). Thirteen gold and silver veins have been mapped at surface in this area and the largest vein has been traced for a length of 4,150 metres. Sampling by the Henan Nonferrous Exploration and Mining Company from underground workings at Huluyu have returned values ranging from 3.0 g/t to 74.6 g/t gold, 121 g/t to 726 g/t silver, 3% to 29% lead, and 1% to 23% zinc. One grab sample from underground workings returned 21.3 g/t gold, 520 g/t silver, 18.3% lead, and 16.66% zinc while another grab sample yielded 45.8 g/t gold, 145 g/t silver, 6.26% lead, and 12.90% zinc.

In the Dafangshan area, 7 gold veins have been mapped at surface. The mineralization is strata bound and occurs as thin veins. Sampling by the Henan Nonferrous Exploration and Mining Company returned values for veins that vary in length from 212 m to 772 m with average widths from 0.42 m to 0.65 m and average gold grades from 3.00 g/t to 5.77 g/t. Two grab samples returned gold values of 12.8 g/t and 21.7 g/t respectively.

While mining activities for gold and silver can be traced back for hundreds of years, the Xiaoshan project remains largely under-explored by modern techniques. Exploration in the region has been limited to surface mapping, stream sediment sampling, trenching, and sampling of old workings and artisanal tunnels. Minco's geological team is preparing a work program to investigate the numerous veins identified on the property with a focus on the deep part of the known mineralized zones.

This news release has been reviewed and approved for release by William Meyer, P. Eng, Chairman of Board and a Qualified Person in accordance with National Instrument 43-101.

Depots
Aktienrausch in China

Minco Gold Expands Mineraliazation Zones Along Regional Trend at Yejiaba Property

"VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/13/10 -- Minco Gold Corporation (the "Company" or "Minco Gold") (TSX: MMM)(NYSE Amex: MGH)(FRANKFURT: MI5) is pleased to announce the results from the 2010 exploration program consisting of geochemical, geophysical and trenching programs that have been completed or are in progress on the Company's 100% owned Yejiaba property, part of the Longnan Project, located in Gansu Province, China.

The 2010 program was designed to follow-up the significant poly-metallic mineralization identified during the 2009 exploration program along the 10 kilometre long regional structural trend (Company's March 23, 2010 Release). The follow-up program consists of geological mapping, geochemical sampling and geophysical surveys over the southeast side of the polymetallic mineralization zones discovered in 2009 program (please see the map from the Company's website). A limited IP geophysical survey was completed over the mineralized showings that were previously discovered. The geochemical soil sampling highlighted numerous gold anomalies over an area of 700 metres long by 150 metres wide. The anomalies are open along strike to the east. Within the gold geochemical anomalies, geological mapping identified areas of mineralized boulders within a wide zone of faulted limestone. Trenching of these anomalous areas identified sheared and hydrothermally altered host rocks and intrusive dykes.

A trenching program was conducted to follow up the gold soil anomaly. Channel sampling from trenches returned gold values ranging from 0.12 to 5.58 g/t Au over widths from 1.7 to 10.2 metres. The channel sample results are highlighted as follows:

--  5.58 g/t Au over 4.7 metres.
--  3.56 g/t Au over 4.3 metres.
--  1.63 g/t Au over 2.0 metres"...
