(Digidev or “the Company”) is a Nevada Corporation doing business in Los Angeles, California. Since its inception, Digidev has been aiming to be the bridge between consumers and content developers. Digidev provides content owners a complete solution for distributing content over the Internet. The company licenses content from owners and converts it into multiple formats so that same content can be consumed through devices as diverse as a home theater or a smartphone.

Digidev is focused on the opportunity presented by over-the-top (OTT) content[i], which is defined as the online delivery of video and audio to consumer devices without the Internet Service Provider (ISP) being involved in the control or distribution of the content itself.

OTT Content is a fast growing market and one ripe with potential for technology providers who can power the necessary infrastructure. Cisco has forecast that the sum of all video will exceed a staggering 91 percent of global consumer Internet traffic by 2014.[ii] The Diffusion Group estimates that by the same year, worldwide OTT television revenues will reach $5.6 billion.[iii] This is supported by such findings as the fact that 62 percent of Americans as of 2009 have watched online video on sites such as YouTube and Hulu,[iv] and projections that both fixed and mobile broadband subscribers on a global basis will grow from 585 million as of 2009 to more than 1 billion by 2013.[v] The projections seem to be homing in as Hulu saw its revenue soar to $420 million in 2011, up 60% over 2010. It had more than 2 million paying subscribers in the latest quarter, up a third from the end of last year.

Consumers may access OTT content through a variety of Internet connected devices, ranging from desktop computers to laptops, smart phones, tablets, “Smart TV’s”, televisions with set top boxes, such as (Roku, Boxee, Apple TV, Google TV) and gaming consoles including Microsoft’s Xbox, Sony PlayStation and Nintendo Wii. These devices piggyback on existing network services in consumers’ homes and offices, pull content from the Internet and deliver it to the consumers’ chosen display unit. The delivery rides ‘on top’ of the service that the consumer already has and doesn’t require any business or technology affiliations, or additional subscriptions with their network provider. This lends itself to creating additional channels for content consumption, and additional opportunities to repackage and/or repurpose existing intellectual property to maximize its value for the rights holder(s).

Realistically, driving visitors to visit dedicated Websites or even to tune in to television programming on a fixed broadcast schedule is becoming more difficult and an outdated concept, as consumers are increasingly adopting a mindset of an on-demand model – essentially, getting what they want, when they want it, and not having this dictated to them. Bundling content with cloud based services allows Digidev to offer content on multiple devices like DVD players, video game consoles, tablets and smart phones simultaneously. The subscriber thus has the flexibility to choose the mode and time of content delivery.

(The Digital Development Group Corp., OTCBB: DIDG), the key phrase these days is, “forward momentum!” Immediately following the recent launch of its new Cult Epics channel, the online and Roku independent content provider today reported an increase in subscriber revenue for the first half of November versus revenue in the previous month. DigiDev continues to expand, scheduling the roll out of four more channels within the next thirty days. Existing channels are growing on a regular basis as content is added each month.


“The scalability of our model allows us to deliver increasing amounts of content at an attractive price, “ says company CEO Martin W.
