E-Energy Ventures An 'Exploration-Stage Company With Potential For Success' According To Investrend Analyst Chakravarty, Initiating 'Benchmark' Research Coverage With 'Speculative/3' Rating
1/22/2007

Investrend Research analyst Piyali Chakravarty's initial
"Speculative/3" rating for E-Energy Ventures, Inc. (TSX Venture: EEV)
reflects dependency on successful capital-raising, exploration and
development counterbalanced by highly experienced management and
positive demand-supply fundamentals

NEW YORK, Jan 22, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
In an initial "Benchmark" Report dated January 17, 2007, Investrend analyst Piyali Chakravarty has rated E-Energy Ventures, Inc. "Speculative/3," noting the company's dependency on successful capital-raising, exploration and development, while also characterizing management as "highly experienced" and noting positive demand-supply fundamentals.

The full report, including important disclosures and disclaimers, is available at http://www.investrendresearch.com. In the report, the analyst also stated:

"To date, the company has not earned significant revenues and is considered to be in the exploration stage. E-Energy Ventures remains a high risk investment and these risk factors are catalysts for the assigned Speculative nature of our rating. However, a number of factors make us believe that the company has the potential to be successful. E-Energy Ventures is completely dependent on its ability to raise capital to continue operations. If the company is unable to raise the necessary capital to develop these properties, the company may have to delay or suspend operations. To date, E-Energy Ventures has been successful at raising capital. However, shareholders should monitor the company's capital structure for signs of dilution.

"E-Energy Ventures should benefit from a highly experienced management team. E-Energy Ventures has sufficient funds to maintain exploration activity in 2007. To continue funding exploration of its property portfolio, the company consistently raised funds through private placements and completed three rounds of financing. E-Energy Ventures is positioned to benefit from positive gold and molybdenum demand-supply fundamentals. The past six years have seen the biggest bull market in gold where prices have more than doubled over the six year time frame. Molybdenum prices have increased steadily and continue to outperform that of all other industrial metals. Positive demand-supply fundamentals suggest favorable gold and molybdenum prices over the next several years."
