EVSV knallt durch die Decke und hier ist Totenstille????

Könnte durchaus in den 40ern wenn nicht sogar 50ern landen EOD !!!  

sieht alles stark aus...ich denk ich bin gleich drinne ;)

auf ein weiteres gutes Geschäft wie DEWM digger! nur das ich diesmal leider etwas zu spät dabei bin. doch ich bin sehr zuversichtlich.

in den letzten handels minuten sehen wir sicher noch nettes kauf volumen da morgen jederzeit die große news kommen könnte.  

$02 intraday run sobald die news raus sind diese woche.  

Aber die MM´s haben sie auch unten gehalten.  

kompletten handels tag. Und mit 0027 ein gutes endechin gelegt. Sobald die news raus ist geht sie richtig hoch. Morgen ohne news vielleicht 005. Mit news werden sich einige ärgern heute nicht die günstigen kurse genutzt zu haben  

Die fängt gerade erst an. Das ding geht viel viel weiter  

 

steht an. bevorstehende news dazu. einige relevante poster auf ihub die auch drinne sind. und der L2 sieht auch echt gut aus. normalerweise müssten die 0.003er morgen easy weggefühstückt werden und dann bin ich wirklich gespannt was da noch kommt. ich hab das Gefühl das könnt noch größer werden als DEWM wo es für mich schon super lief. hab meine PMCM hierfür heute abgegeben. bin echt sehr positiv gestimmt :)

wir die angekündigte news sehen. Morgen oder übermorgen denke ich. Wer bis dahin keinen einstieg gefunden hat ist selber schuld. Hier kommt einer der ganz großen penny überflieger. Kurzzeitig sehe ich uns im $02 bereich nach der anstehenden news.  

Dann heißt es anschnallen. Wir sitzten hier in einer rakete die im countdown steht. Diese woche sehen wir noch die $02. Die meisten spekulieren auf news am mittwoch.

Feb.10/14 2 MILLION $$ ACQUISITIONS COMING  Chris Trina, CEO states, "There hasn't been a time like the present in our short existence to put the pedal to the metal and aggressively grow our top and bottom line here at Enviro-Serv. The quickest and most effective method to accomplish this goal is to immediately pull out all stops and aggressively pursue larger than previously planned acquisitions in seeking our second and third pest control subsidiaries within a couple months or so. I have just identified last Friday via a conference call from a Florida industry leading pest control business broker that represents the seller that a very successful St. Petersburg based pest operation has come up for sale just last week. Due to confidentiality reasons I am legally unable at this time to disclose the name of the operation but can safely state annual sales exceeding one million dollars and also the business holds all licenses for pest control in the state of Florida.I am working diligently this upcoming week to sit down with the broker and business owner to discuss the timing and terms of this acquisition to see if there is a fit. I have seen a snap shot of their strong financials and this is the type of acquisition that makes shareholders very happy to be part of if we can buy it fairly. Additionally after a long delay from the seller, Gary Cole will be personally handling negotiations in attempting to finalize and close the previously announced LOI of Inland Pest Control and hope to have our arms around this deal by the end of February. Gary has a business relationship with the seller for over 5 years and I have the utmost confidence he will secure this deal for Enviro-Serv."

Enviro-Serv Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Pest Control Operations With Nearly $1 Million in Revenues for 2013
TAMPA, FL--(Marketwired - Apr 8, 2014) - Enviro-Serv, Inc. (OTC: EVSV) is pleased to announce today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to purchase a Tampa Bay pest control company that produced just under $1 million in revenues for 2013. The target acquisition is a 40 year old industry area leader specializing in Fumigation, GHP (General Household Pest control) and L&O (Lawn and Ornamental). The purchase also includes approximately $100,000 in equipment and materials.

The deal calls for an $850,000 purchase on terms with a partial down payment to effect the acquisition. Due to a non-disclosure agreement the name of the selling company will not be disclosed to the public.

EVSV CEO and Chairman, Chris Trina, is thrilled with the deal: "This acquisition is a significant step in further positioning our company toward becoming a dominating force in the SE United States Pest Control industry; particularly in the state of Florida, inclusive of our flagship services in the Tampa Bay area. I looked closely at this deal last December but the timing and selling price wasn't right at that time. With the new lower negotiated selling price and other events that are unfolding currently, management feels extremely fortunate that Enviro-Serv, not our competitors, won the battle to ink this deal before it was too late."

He continues, "Fumigation has been the primary termite treatment for decades, but recently, orange oil termite treatment has come into the market as a non-fumigation option. We are already a pioneer in the use of Orange Oil for termite treatment. Recent successes, continued negotiations and the recently signed LOI only strengthens our existing Fumigation business. This allows us to offer a wide array of services to an ever-expanding customer base, both residential and commercial."

Since last August, EVSV has been working very closely with an accredited investor group based in New York. After reviewing the letter of intent, the group has shown great interest in investing into EVSV to assist in the needed capital raise to solidify this deal in a timely manner. Trina is confident this acquisition will stimulate an increase in sustainable growth for EVSV and overall shareholder value and concluded with these remarks: "There is a vast opportunity to take existing operations and extend operations into additional locations toward creating a recognizable brand and potential for exponential increase in revenues."

das ich ja schon etwas über 1% vom Float habe, mit meinen 6,2 Millionen seit Gestern!

Erst wollte ich die Hälfte abstoßen und mit FreeShares drinne bleiben!
1 Million hatte ich zu 22 verkauft, es mir dann nach dem Run über die 30 nochmal überlegt und zum Glück wieder nachgekauft bei 26/27!!!

Wenn die auf 1,5 Cent läuft, wäre es schon ein Traum !! ;-)
