Da jetzt endgültig die alten Sealift-Aktien gegen Dockwise-Aktien durch den Merger eingetauscht wurden, freue ich mich, den Fundament-Thread zu legen für künftigen Informationsaustausch.

DOCKWISE LTD : FIRST HALF 2007 RESULTS

Hamilton, Bermuda, 22 August 2007, DOCKWISE Ltd (DOCK, Norwegian OTCMarket),

announced today results for the first six months of 2007,which ended on 30 June 2007.Highlights*
Revenues increased 10.2% to USD 134.9 million (USD 122.5 million in H1 2006)* Adjusted EBITDA*
increased 41.7% to USD 66.1 million (USD 46.6 million in H1 2006)* Adjusted EBITDA Margin amounted
to 44.7% (38.1% in H1 2006)* TOTAL backlog Dockwise Heavy Lift projects amounting to USD 147
million as of 30 June 2007* Significant milestones in TARGET growth areas achieved.
André Goedée, CEO of Dockwise Ltd commented: "The first half yearresults presented today are a clear mark of the strong underlyingperformance of the Dockwise group, as evidenced by a 42% rise inadjusted EBITDA and a 10% growth in revenue."

Die schönen Kurssteigerungen von Dockwise (früher Sealift),
(nur zu verstehen mit dem ehemaligen Chart von Sealift),
können nun wohl langsam wieder aufgenommen werden.

Impuls sollte auch geben, daß der Wert in Kürze in Oslo
aus dem OTC-Segment an die Hauptbörse wandert.

Ich bin sehr zuversichtlich (weil satt investiert).

während in Oslo über 1 Mio Stücke über den Tisch gehen.
Nicht zum ersten Mal.
Hier hat noch niemand DOCKWISE entdeckt.
Wird langsam Zeit für so ein schönes Papier.

Highlights Revenues increased 13.0% to USD 206.0 million (USD 182.2 million YTD Q3 2006) Adjusted EBITDA* increased 43.9% to USD 101.1 million (USD 70.2 million in YTD Q3 2006) Adjusted EBITDA margin amounted to 44.8% (38.6% in YTD Q3 2006). Total order backlog DHL projects of USD 224 million (up 52.4% from Q2 2007). Full listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange as of 2 October 2007. Delivery of Yacht Express on 11 October 2007.
