No wonder - top of the list:

Business Update, 19 May 2011

"...Over the last few months, Corac has taken substantial steps to strengthen the Company's position in line with the stated strategy to build a broader platform of applications using Corac's technology. The announcement earlier this week of the development partnership with Saudi Aramco adds further credibility to the Directors' belief that Corac's compressor technology, combined with the capability and expertise within the business can be applied to create commercial applications to realise value for shareholders. The Company has significantly progressed its technology offering and become of greater interest to global development partners and potential end users both within and outside the oil and gas sector..."

My synopsis of AGM.

  • 1. The handover of the dgc to ENI will not take place this month. Methods of manufacture(electrical connections?)which would result in a more robust unit have been identified and cra need to complete their own internal testing before presenting to ENI.
When asked as to the timescale of these tests Mr Julian Reed responded that" cra were halfway in their programme(2 weeks)and on completion ENI would require a month.
Apparently, availability of the ENI team is not immediate and, therefore, it is not just a matter of letting them know that it's ready and they're on the next plane over.

  • 2.North American project moving a lot quicker as a result of experience gained on ENI project and it is less challenging.

  • 10.Strategy regarding I.A. has changed to adding value to the current big hitters in the market as opposed to competing technologies. In other words they now see the sense in working with them.

Corac Group plc is applying its gas bearing and high speed motor drive technology to the manufacture of plastic fizzy drinks bottles. Corac Group plc's air compressor technology supercharges the exisiting compressor system.

PET photoshopped May 09This highly efficient system can operate at high speed to meet demand. Unlike many competing systems, it can also maintain efficiency when running at low production during the winter months.

Corac Group plc's technology is being used by Austrian company Leobersdorfer Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG ('LMF').
