Shareholding in the Company



The Company was notified on 21st December 2006 that CIM Special Situations Fund
Limited had purchased 1,900,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 19th December
2006 and 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 21st December 2006.



Following these purchases CIM Special Situations Fund Limited has an interest in
11,140,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 8.58% of
the total issued share capital of the Company.
