Ein Unternehmen, welches sich noch am Anfang befindet und in Kürze damit beginnt Cash-Flow zu generieren. Bislang dürfte CNZ noch vielen unbekannt sein. The Agreement with APL represents a major development and significant milestone for Canadian Mining’s zeolite business and is a true win for both companies. APL will mine, transport, process, package and ship Canadian Mining’s zeolite to a list of waiting customers. This will establish stable cash flow for Canadian Mining and allow the Company to focus on increasing sales and product development for green technologies for cleaner air, water and better growing mediums. The terms of the Agreement provide that APL will acquire the exclusive right to acquire up to a 50% interest in and to the Company’s Princeton Mine and the Sun Group Zeolite Project in consideration of the aggregate purchase price of $1,450,000. The purchase price may be paid by APL through cash or earn-in by payment to the Company of $9.00 per metric tonne for each metric tonne mined and removed from the site. The parties have also entered into an Agency Agreement pursuant to which APL will pay Canadian Mining a commission on all applicable sales of minerals mined or zeolite processed from the Princeton Mine or the Sun Group Zeolite Project.

Das Unternehmen wird kaum Kosten haben, da die Kosten für den Abbau, Transport usw. das Partnerunternehmen APL trägt. Trotz des Kursanstieges wird die Firma mit gerade einmal ca. 10 Millionen CADollar bewertet. Damit dürfte fast schon klar sein, dass noch sehr viel Spielraum nach oben vorhanden ist, sobald die ersten Nachrichten über (Groß-)Abnehmer für das Zeolith kommen und Cash-Flow generiert wird.

The Company plans to pursue municipal composting opportunities across Canada. Cities and municipalities across Canada are now separating all compostable materials from trash collection. The Compost Council of Canada states; “organics residuals are the largest component of the waste stream.” Diverting organic waste from the municipal waste system benefits the sustainability of the community by extending the life of landfills and reducing the potential for leachate and the production of methane. One of the most significant issues facing composting facilities is the control of odour emissions. If you live near or have driven by a composting facility, you’ll appreciate the challenge municipalities have with controlling the odour emitted from composting. Canadian Zeolite contributed its natural micronized zeolite for a large scale composting study with the Region of Peel in Ontario to address these odour emission issues. The results were a remarkable reduction of 81-85% of odour emissions.
Sollte man es schaffen, einen ersten Auftrag im Bereich Müll/Kompostierung an Land zu ziehen und dieser den Auftraggeber zufriedenstellen, könnte alleine dieses Gebiet für den Zeolith-Einsatz eine Cash-Cow werden. Tests gab es, wie zu lesen ist, ja bereits.

Canadian Zeolite Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX.V:CNZ) is pleased to report crushing and screening is underway at its Bromley Creek zeolite quarry near Princeton, BC. During June 2016 over 5000 tonnes of zeolite was crushed to 1.5 inches for shipping to the Kamloops processing facility. The zeolite was drilled and blasted as part of the Company's earlier exploration program. In Kamloops the zeolite will be processed and sized for specific customer markets including; municipal composting odour control, animal feed supplements, agricultural growing mediums, waste-water filtration, road salt replacement, artificial turf odour and moisture control and radio-active waste containment.

(the “Company”) (TSX.V: CNZ) (OTCQB: CNZCF) (FSE: ZEON) is pleased to report that crushing and screening equipment has arrived at the Company's Bromley Creek zeolite quarry to crush and screen approximately 10,000 tonnes of zeolite from previous blasts at the present face of the quarry for shipment to the Kamloops facility where it will be processed and sized for specific customer markets and orders.
Canadian Zeolite’s CEO will meet with the Operator and their Qualified Person at the Bromley Creek quarry to lay-out a plan for an additional drill and blast. This will ensure sufficient inventoried zeolite will be available throughout the winter months to meet increasing customer demand.

Alleine der Verkaufswert der Grundstücke dürfte deutlich über der aktuellen MCap liegen. Wobei natürlich klar ist, dass CNZ seine Rechte nicht veräußert.
Ich rechne noch in diesem Jahr mit einem Auftrag aus dem Bereich Mülldeponie/entsorgung. Aufgrund der Verbindungen/Kontakte in diesem Bereich.
