Aus der geplanten Übernahme ist nichts geworden und Tang soll vor kurzem (800K) Aktien verkauft haben zu 9$ und tiefer.

was meinst du vassago,is dat ding hier eine laengerfristige spekulation wert oder nich ?  

Längerfristige Spekulation? ich spekuliere meist kurzfristig oder investiere langfristig. Aber hier langfristig zu spekulieren? worauf willst du bei APVO konkret spekulieren? auf eine technische Gegenbewegung von 10-20%? Die haben Cash für 12 Monate, dh. das wir hier dieses Jahr noch ein Offering sehen könnten. Zwar liegt die MK momentan bei 26 Mio. $, und wenn man für Q1/22 einen Verlust von 7 Mio. $ einkalkuliert, sollte der Cashbestand bei 39 Mio. $ liegen. Das Q2/22 ist auch schon über die Hälfe rum, da nochmal 7 Mio. $ runter = 32 Mio. $ Cash (Schätzung) zum Ende Q2/22 vs. 26 Mio. $ MK, allerdings mit dem Risiko eines Offerings in 2022. In meinen Augen gibt es interessantere Biotechs...

Nach der Vorstellung der Phase 1b Studiendaten von APVO436 (Kombi) stieg der Kurs Intraday sprunghaft bis auf 7,20$ um dann ebenso schnell wieder zusammenzubrechen, sogar unter das Niveau das Vortagesschlusskurses (3,47$).
