HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/22/10 -- Bederra Corporation (PINKSHEETS: BEDA) management today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Texas Mobile Health, Inc. (TMH). Under the terms of the acquisition, TMH is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Bederra Corporation . This acquisition is the first of several acquisitions the company plans to make as the company further increases its assets and facilities as a diversified medical services provider.

The acquisition of Texas Mobile Health, Inc. is expected to add more than $2 million in gross revenues to Bederra Corporation and be accretive to earnings. kannst du mir mal erklären wieso das Volumen für einen down-tick so gering ist aber dagegen der Kurs auch bei großen Käufen nicht nach oben geht?

sehr dünner Handel, macht den Eindruck als ob der Kurs immer weniger manipuliert wird

ein Zeichen für beendeten AktienrNEWS morgen?  

Ich denke das der Aktienrückkauf so gut wie beendet ist, und die fehlende PR ist normal schließlich will man ja nicht auf unnötig hohem Niveau zurück kaufen. Aber falls die Zahlen aus dem IHub Board stimmen werden auf alle Fälle schon von den Boardteilnehmern 100Mio Stck bis max 150 Mio Stck gehalten. Und falls der freefloat auf 200 Mio Stck (50% Buyback) begrenzt wird kann sich jeder vorstellen wohin die Reise gehen sollte.

1. darüber wie der Rückkauf nun vonstatten geht viele denken nun das der Preis halt genau beim SqueezeTrigger   price der täglich ermittelt wird festgenagelt ist, was aber auf der anderen Seite bedeuten würde das BEDA wenigstens zum Zug kommt und Aktien aufkaufen kann

2. wie groß der Rückkauf den nun ausfallen wird 5 oder 50%

3. wurde BEDA denn nun wirklich dermaßen massiv geshortet + naked short selling oder nicht weil 2 Billionen shorts wie man in der PR lesen konnte ist ja fast nicht zu klauben

.....jede Menge Fragen,    aber ich denke die werden sich innerhalb der nächsten Wochen klären, natürlich stellt sich dann die Frage wieviel Zeit und Nerven man investieren will
