http://www.timminco.com/docs/Timminco MIC_2011.pdf

It just that the maybe the Owners has no interest publishing them on the web. If in doubt,  you could vist our country and you can see for yourself these projects on site;

2) On the second one, Yes.

Dear Mr. Vergel III,

my question mite be a little bit of the topic, but hopefully you can help me. I'm a german shareholder of Asiapac Capital Services Ltd. (http://asiapaccapital.ca/), a canadian company that has it's headquarters in the Philippines and one devision is into renewable energy projects. One of it's sub-companies, Green Renewable Energy
(http://asiapaccapital.ca/sectors/...tations/...nt-company-projects/), for which you are retained as lead technical consultant has several smaller running projects.
My question is, do these projects really exist, because I can't find them on your website and is Mr. Samuel Lee (President of Asiapac Capital Services) the head of Green Renewable Energy /Asiapac Capital Services Ltd.?

Thank you for your time

Best regards from Germany

 Mr. Vergel III,

Thank you very much for your fast reply. I do not have any doubts, that there are a lot of honest and god fearing Filipinos. But as you have in every country (see for example Germany) there are always „black sheep’s“ who pretend to be someone else. I’m sure that Mr. Samuel Lee is an honest person who is trying to build up a really good company, but a lot of shareholders are very concerned about what happened last year, as the value of one share fell from approximately 2€ down to currently 0,005€.
So a couple of shareholders, including myself, are try to get as much information as possible, manly by sending Emails to Asiapac and other companies, who work with Mr. Lee just like your consulting company.
We believe that Asiapac is more worth, than 0,005€ per share. For that, we are depended on other people, who are willing to help us.
When I’m anytime in your country, I would gladly accept your offer and see the projects on site.
Best regards

hi,
the financial statement of Asiapac Capital is the consolidated statement
for all the companies including Asiapac Green Renewable and its fiscal
period is ending End Aug 2010.
Rodeo Drive Company was acquired after Aug 31, 2010 thus the revenue will
be reflected in the financial statement of Asiapac Aug 31,2011.
the financial statement for 2011 should have a good revenue.

Thank you very much for your fast reply! For my side, I don't have any doubts, that Asiapac is a fake company.I also sead this to Mr. Vergel.
A couple of shareholders are just trying to get validated Information of the operativ business of Asiapac. I think it would help a lot, if the shareholders would know a little bit about the shareholder struktur, or which investors Asiapac has or are potenial investors for the future. Another concern that a lot of shareholders have, is that in the financial report the other sectors aren't listed, for example Rodeo Drive or Green Renewable Energy.
I thought they belong to Asiapac.

A couple of other shareholders and myself are willing to make Asiapac a little bit more transparent, so that the concerned shareholders have a little bit more feath in Asiapac.

Thank you very much an best regards

Dear Sir or Madam,

I heard, that Asiapac will sign today a contract with the DOE for there 3 mini hydro projekts. Will there be a official statement?

I have another question on the value of the shares. Since an Asiapac share was at the beginning of 2010 about 2€ worth, what value does a share now have. Since there are round about 245 million shares in circulation would that mean, that Asiapac is worth about 500 million €, or less?

Thank you for your Information and best regards

hi
the signing of contract was postponed to either this week or next week, the
Dept of Energy will inform us the exact date, it will be in the newspaper
and internet once its signed.
The shares of Asiapac went up to Euro 2 at one time, due to speculator
pushing it up and selling for profit. The company never confirm that price
of each share of Asiapac is 2 Euro. However once the contract is signed
with DOE, we can start construction. We have discuss already with the bank
regarding the project financing too. Soon we can expect good cash flow to
come in.
