Amiad Filtration Systems Ltd

Amiad Filtration Systems Ltd ISIN IL0010943905

US$. US$ auf jetzt 3,7 Mio. US$ gesteigert werden.

Amiad Filtration Systems downgraded to "hold"

Panmure Gordon & Co

LONDON, January 14 (newratings.com) - Analyst Oliver Wynne-James of Panmure Gordon downgrades Amiad Filtration Systems Ltd (ticker: A5F) from "buy" to "hold." The target price is set to 172p.

In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that the company’s share price has appreciated significantly in the recent past. Amiad Filtration Systems’ share price is likely to rise further, driven by robust order books and a strong irrigation market, but the upside from the current level is likely to be only in the single digits, the analyst says. Stock valuations for small companies are declining, Panmure Gordon adds.

Amiad sees FY sales ahead of market expectations, strong profit growth

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Amiad Filtration Systems Ltd (News) said it expects its full-year revenues to come in ahead of market expectations and that it has entered 2008 with a substantially higher backlog than a year earlier.

The maker of water filters expects to report strong growth in profits and a 27 pct increase in full-year revenues to above 56 mln usd.

In a trading update, Amiad said it saw growth in all product lines including its new line of automatic microfibre filters in 2007 and that it is well positioned to capitalise on the rising demand for clean water.

It added, however, that the continued rise in raw material costs and increasing weakness of the US dollar are putting pressures on its margins and financial expenses.

Hi,
