Guten Morgen "analystin"

Warum schreibst du so groß?

Damit wir besser sehen können?

Beim nächsten Mal schreibst du etwas kleiner, sonst denkt hier noch einer, dass du irgendwas pushen möchtest, und das wäre ja wirklich weit hergeholt, nicht wahr? =))

Und du verlinkst in diesem Thread direkt zum Wertpapier, denn dieses Forum kann das sogar.

Dann schreibst du uns noch, warum es diesen Rebound geben soll, spielst nicht nur auf dem Marktwert an, sondern gibst noch interessante Infos zum Unternehmen.

Das ganze schlicht und klar strukturiert würde dieses Posting dann auch seriöser aussehen lassen ;-))

Stonebridge Resources Exploration Ltd. (Pink Sheets: SBRX) is primarily

engaged in the acquisition and development of oil and gas assets in continental

North America. The company is aggressively implementing its acquisition-based

model and intends to improve its new holdings with technology to increase

production and expand reserves.

SBRX also is focused on the production of crude oil and natural gas as these

are projected to be the dominant commodities necessary to fulfill our domestic

energy needs for years to come. The company’s production strategies are

based upon the successful acquisition of existing oil and gas wells and drilling

of new oil and gas wells through quarterly drilling programs.

SBRX has the enviable position of being one of the lowest-cost producers in

North America.

Recent Developments

SBRX is finalizing its merger with Christian Operating Company, a Texas-based

oil and gas company, whose assets could represent more than $500,000 per

month in new revenue. The original terms of that agreement called for the

purchase of approximately 300,000 bbls of oil reserves and more than 22 billion

cubic feet of coal bed methane gas reserves held by production in Kansas.

SBRX has since amended its previously signed Memorandum of Understanding

to include additional Texas oil and gas assets that will significantly enhance

Stonebridge’s total asset purchase of Christian.

The supplementary assets include three deep wells of natural gas on 640 acres

in Port Arthur, Texas, which comprise more than 150,000 cubic feet per day of

natural gas, with approximately 20 years of reserves. SBRX expects this will

represent more than $270,000 in monthly revenue. The oil/condensate

projected to be produced from these mining activities – about 100 bbls per

thousand cubic feet – is expected to generate another $270,000 per month.

The newly-added assets also comprise more than 1,000,000 bbls of oil

reserves and 10 billion cubic feet of gas, as well as more than $750,000 in

additional equipment.

Demand for Oil & Gas Will Continue to Increase Over Our Lifetimes

Oil accounts for 40 percent of the world’s total primary energy demand, and

while it is apparent the gap between consumption and discovery is widening as

oil supply moves from a surplus to a deficit, a recent study of oil distribution and

depletion has suggested there may be more than 100 years of consumption left.

Meanwhile, increasing concerns about diminishing energy reserves and

environmental hazards are applying pressure on the natural gas industry to

make its production and consumption more efficient. As a result, legislation has

been introduced to modernize production, and many countries are increasing

their domestic use of gas in order to decrease the amount of oil imported or to

increase the amount of oil that can be exported.

As one of the lowest-cost producers in North

America, SBRX leverages technology and operating

efficiency to create shareholder value.
